I tried to pull as much research as I could, but only found a handfull of articles and videos. I am under the impression that this company is no longer in business and item must be discontinued. Also surprised that it is still available through Target at such an expensive price. The only other place you can find this is via ebay and second hand websites. I was super excited to have been gifted this, but now the item is pretty much trash without the app being available. You will not be able to find anything on this product past twenty-nineteen. Do not recommend.

Just received this today and went to download the app and wasn't able to find it in Android or the Apple App store. Went to the BlueSmart webpage and it looks like someone else now owns the page/domain because the page is not related to this product. Was really excited and looking forward to using this product. However, it's useless without the app. Not sure if the company is still in business which would be odd for this to still be sold. Really disappointed that I have to return this.
