I was apprehensive when ordering this cookbook. I have an almond allergy as well as peanut. Most recipes I find that use coconut flour also use almond flour. When I opened the pages to this cookbook I was very HAPPY to see that there are VERY Many recipes that are Nut Free. The allergen info is mentioned at the top of each recipe, making easy to find recipes I can cook. The ingredients are simple as well with items I can pick up at my local grocery and many I already have! Its AMAZING!! This is a very well thought out cookbook with several colorful pictures. I'm really happy with it.
