A: Thank you for reaching out to us, Luna Marie. You can use most 5- or 3-gallon brand bottles with our dispensers with the exception of a few brands. Two that we know for certain are the brand American Maid brand and Glass bottles. The way the bottles are manufactured makes them incompatible with our dispensers due to the circumference and length of the neck.

A: Hello Gun Shy, Thank you for reaching out. Great question! Our dispensers are rated 500 W (420 hot/80 cold). They are rated for 6 Amps. Daily average consumption (24 hour period) is less than 0.87 kWh/day when at idle. Power consumption will vary based on the consumer. Our dispensers are designed for the NA standard 120V. The water is easy to place into the dispenser on top and when plugged in it can dispense cold water and hot water as well! It looks great too and the black and steel design matches my decor perfectly! It also very practical as well, I always know if something was to happen I have access to clean water for my family, I have extra jugs stored for this reason. Definitely recommended!

This Primo top loading water dispenser has been a lifesaver! Super Easy to put together and set-up. Also really easy to use. I love that you can make cold, cool, and hot water depending on your needs and it has 3 spouts the corresponding water comes out of. The water tastes fresh and clean. The dispenser itself is sleek and looks great in my kitchen.

The cost of bottled or cases of water keeps going up,up, up and filters need to be replaced to frequently- I often forget. This has been a game changer- cold, crisp, clean water at the touch of the button—-so easy my 4 year old can’t do it! You even have hot water in seconds for tea! My four year old is protected from this hot water with a child safety feature that can easily be done with adult dexterity. It’s nice and quiet and easy to change out jugs! Love the indicators and night light for easy access for late night thirst quenchers! Love the idea that we are leaving a smaller carbon footprint than bottled water! I find I drink more water because I’m able to fill up a large water bottle without waiting for a filter or using multiple bottles! Love love love

I don't have a refrigerator that has ice and water dispensers,I have just been buying ice and using a filtered water pitcher. Now I still use ice but don't have to all the time now, the water is very cold. I love that I can make hot chocolate for the kids and it's not scalding got but just hot enough. I didn't even know I needed a water dispenser and now I can't live without it.

The water dispenser has a water inlet to connect the water from our home since we have a alkaline water filtration system. I drink a lot of teas and this makes life so much easier. I love the cold feature as well with the summer approaching. I like the color and design. It is not bulky which I love.

This water dispenser has a simple design that allows it to fit into any space seamlessly. It is easy to keep clean and also simple to change the water reservoirs out without making a huge mess. It take 3 or 5 gallon water jugs which is a nice feature. I like the option of having hot water available at any time and it’s actually really hot not just warm. What I really liked about the hot water feature was that the hot water button kind of locks so no one can accidentally push it and hurt themselves (i.e. my kids). I use this in my home gym so that I can easily refill my water bottle with ice cold filtered water when I’m working out.
