Waste Management Bagster Dumpster in a Bag Green

After successfully using a Bagster on a previous cleaning project, we are being told that pickup is not possible due to this weight restriction. This seems arbitrary, as it wasn’t a problem in the past. Also frustrating that we received an email that the pickup was successful, even though the bagster was still in the driveway. Bagster took payment for the pickup as well. Customer service was combative and uncooperative. We are still waiting for resolution. Mind you, semi trucks and garbage trucks come through the neighborhood regularly, as well as tree removal, etc. I looked all over the Bagster website and saw no warnings or advisement on the topic.

Quick quiet and convenient. I have ben using Bagster for years and it has always been a great experience. Its a great way to clean up renovation mess and excess stored obsolete items.

Kept it on the street longer then wanted! But not a problem in the city if Tucson. 2nd time using it! Great for all jobs!

Perfect. Picked up the bag, filled it, paid for it, and it was picked up 2 days later. Couldn’t have been any easier. We did not need a 5 or 10 yard dumpster so this was amazing!

The green bag is a great way to clean out your garage, construction, or general house cleaning without having a timeline to pay for a dumpster. The bags are easily bought at Lowe’s or online at Green bags. It is easy to then pay for picking up the bag and it will be picked up within five days. I have used these bags several times and they’re always on time picking up.

My bag wasn't picked up due to overhead wires issue. However, I have had a bag picked up before without issue. The issue is that the driver didn't give me a call to tell me why they couldn't pick it up. I would have love to have found a solution. I would not

I put a bunch of trash in that bag and they came and picked it off my property, it was not my problem anymore, so thank you.

My back yard was a disaster :( I purchased the Bagster, and great price ! Bag is VERY heavy duty and easy to unfold and work with by myself. Within 2 hrs I had the bagster filled and ready to go, I arranged a pick up online on Sunday and by Tuesday am it was picked up HASSLE FREE !!. I am so pleased with this service and the cost was miniscule compared to a regular metal bin service. As a contractor, I will use this service from now on, without hesitation. I recommend this to anyone who wants to " clean house" you will NOT be disappointed.

I bought Bagster and wanted to schedule my pickup. I went online and it says between 1 - 5 days. You're not able to pick a date and I can't have this bag in my driveway for 5 days. I could receive a complaint from my neighbors, be fined from my town or school kids that pass my house may go through it. It has pieces of concrete and wood with nails from a dismantled deck. I called The Bagster customer service to schedule a pickup date and they basically gave me the runaround and kept pushing me off to schedule online. When I voiced my concerns about why I need an actual date, I was told we may not pick up on certain days in your area. I wanted to offer my location but The customer service person didn't want to hear it Or help me. She just kept referring me to the online system. If your customer service Representatives don't want to help with scheduling pickups then please don't offer that service. I live two houses down from a very busy Middle School I can't risk these kids going through the bag & im trying to prevent possible injury to them if the truck is here at a time where they're getting out of school. As much as I want to use your service I have to be a responsible neighbor and I cannot take risks with the neighborhood kids. In this day and age it should not be difficult to nail down an actual date for pickup. Based on this, I would not recommend using your service. I thought this was going to be convenient. Not being able to nail down a date for pickup is absolutely not convenient.

Prompt service. Very efficient, showed up when they said they would and removed all six (!) bags. Would highly recommend!

Overpriced and will just purchase a regular dumpster next time

They always make it easy! First easy to get a bag from my favorite home improvement store, then the ease of scheduling. More often than not I can get a pick up day exactly when I want!

Convenient and easy to use in a renovation project with quick pick up time and good communication. I would recommend using this for all home demo/reno projects.

Super easy! As the ad states, 'Buy. Fill. Gone.' Used the service twice and it was a breeze both times.

We needed to demo a small bathroom. Got a Green bag for the waste. I was skeptical the size. I would say we were able to fit about 95% of the waste into the bag. When we were ready I scheduled pickup. They weee there within a reasonable amount of time to pick up the bag. I would use this service again for a small job.

It was incredibly easy and convenient using Bagster for my bathroom shower remodel. Scheduling the pickup was so quick and simple I will certainly be using Bagster for every home remodel project I do moving forward.
