A: I don't know if this will work on these drawers - but I've rubbed wax (an old candle) or a bar of soap on the contact points of drawers to facilitate easier opening.

A: I wish I looked at this before purchasing. They are very annoying and the unit itself slips around when pulling out the drawer if on hard surface. Bummed

A: These do not slide very well at all by default. I applied a very tiny bit of silicon lubricant along the rails, and they are nearly completely effortless after that.
