The best ever!!! And easy to install

Works well on cabinets but does not work on my kitchen drawers which is a bummer

They have been working so far. I feel like the adhesive isn’t as strong as they used to be when I first bought them 5 years ago. But so far they are working.

I am not one to write bad reviews, and technically these will works. However, the guides that are supposed to help you install it do not stick at all, and I had to go buy double-sided tape in order to complete the installation. I also cannot get the plastic off the adhesive parts that were supposed to stick which was incredibly difficult. I'm sure they will serve their purpose, but the insulation process simply did not work.

These locks are the best baby proofing device I have found so far! They are so easy to install and are even easier to use! The only thing that worries me is what happens if the key gets lost because a regular magnet is not strong enough to unlock these. However, i’m sure you can buy another key!

Magnet key doesn't work couldn't even get my cabinet open my self to the TV stand. Got so mad I about tore the door of the hinges. Had the key magnet all over the cabinet trying to get it open and nothing. Never again

These locks are the perfect solution for easy child proofing. When I first opened the package and looked at the parts and instructions, I immediately panicked and told my husband he would have to install them. He did not so the next day I sat down myself to tackle it. Low and behold once I sat to install, I had the first one completed in under 2 minutes. I did not have to read instructions on any of the subsequent ones and had them all installed in under 1 minute. I love this locking system. It is invisible from the outside of the cabinets which is one of the biggest perks to me. Once installed you can flip the switch on it to lock or unlock. When in lock position you simply tap the enclosed magnet on tthe exterior and can pull the door or drawer open. You can also set it to unlock and open the door as usual. I did not have to screw them into my cabinets which my husband loved. They are backed with a 3m adhesive so will peel off cleanly once we no longer need them. I imagine if you lose the enclosed magnet that any strong magnet would do. I am thrilled that you cannot see the child proofing, I know my child is safe. I can easily switch to unlock if we have company over or will need extended access into a cabinet. The installation was extremely easy and caused no damage to our cabinets. I already have added more to our shopping list so we can add these to our bathroom cabinets as well. We are extremely pleased with this seemingly perfect child proofing locking system.

Not eye catching to the baby. And the magnetic key is great is easy to open. Security is great. It's hidden from the baby so he can't pull on it. It's invisible.

I`ve tried others and these are the types that I`ve been using through 6 kids and 9 years in my home. In the past I`ve used other brands and these function in a similar way, and I especially appreciated are the interchangeable keys. I was so excited to see the description that said no tools needed and was disappointed to find that the fine print said that for press-wood I would need a screwdriver. I wish the box would include this information. The instructions are clear and straight forward and relatively easy to assemble. It looks like it should hold up another 10 years. Overall, I am very happy with this product.

Plus, we always had to explain how to unlock them when friends or family came over. One of the greatest features of these locks is that you can turn them on and off as you like. Additionally, they`re hidden inside our cabinets, so it makes our space much more aesthetically pleasing. The instructions were easy to follow, and the installation template made the process simple. The only complaint I have is that the set only comes with one magnetic `key.` In other words, if you lose it, you`re in trouble. Our children have a knack for making things disappear, so we have to pay close attention and make sure we return the key to our hiding place promptly. Overall, these magnetic locks work great, and I`d recommend them.

Just refinished my kitchen, not thrilled to have to drill holes into new cabinets but these things are great, locks keep kids out of cabinet doors and drawers keeping the look of my brand new kitchen. Keep the magnetic key close by so its not a hassle when you need to get into certain areas. Installation is a breeze, it gives a yellow tab that helps align everything so it locks properly. I used to adhesive bad no screws, the tape holds great. Great product easy to install while keeping the original look of your kitchen.

I love how easy to use they are and how well they work to keep little hands out of things they shouldn't be in. Would definitely recommend to anyone with busy, curious kids.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. With two small children, baby proofing is essential. The first thing that the kids go for and the hardest to babyproof are the cabinets. This locking system was relatively easy to install and super effective. My toddler is good at opening cabinets with other locking systems, but is not able to open them with this one. My only complaint is that I only have one magnet to unlock the cabinets and I have a tendency of misplacing it.

As soon as I received this product it changed my life! Obviously I still have to watch her but it helps give me peace of mind that she cannot get into certain doors and drawers. These locks were super easy to install and did not require any tools! I went out and bought additional locks because I only received one kit for my review. I would recommend this product if you are in the market for a product like this.

I also have a tiny 6 year old that can`t figure out how to use it so it comes in handy with her as well. It`s extremely easy to attach and remove when needed. I would recommend this product to any mommy with a busy baby. Having a 12 year old I can say that baby proofing have taken a more secure and creative way of doing things now. It`s stylish and very innovative.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. This product is such a cool idea, and it works really well. It's super nifty, sort of high tech (just sort of. I mean magnets...how do they work?) but after installing it I am REALLY REALLY nervous about this little unlocker going missing. Then what? Until then, it works great and isn't too hard to install at all. I have used this on my cleaning cupboards under the sink because I don't want to take any chances with that stuff.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I just received magnetic locks from safety 1st for cabinets. It was a pack of four locks and one magnetic key. Super easy to put on. It took me less than 10 minutes. And work like a charm. It doesn`t unlock without the magnetic key that you can just stick right on your fridge so you don`t lose it. It seriously only works with that magnet. You can`t use like a regular fridge magnet so don`t lose it. Put it really high and always put it back when you`re done because asoms we are super scatterbrained and I already lost mine. Although it says easy install no tools required. I tried it without tools and the adhesive came right off. You definitely need to use the screws that come with it. I`d say 5 out of 5 stars.i mean as long as you don`t lose the key and you have a drill. But you definitely need a drill.
