I never leave reviews but I was so impressed I had to spread the word. It took me a few tries, but I finally figured out how to get the best results from this setting spray and it worked great! I got so many compliments on my makeup today, people thought I'd gotten it airbrushed. Per the instructions, I shook it really well and then some. I sprayed twice into the sink to make sure the tube picked up what I'd just shaken. After moisturizer and primer, I sprayed my face and my foundation brush before applying my foundation. After my setting powder, I shook it again and sprayed in multiple directions several times. You can't spray too close to your face and you have to make sure to wipe the nozzle between applications to avoid white spots. Once everything settled, my makeup looked perfect and it's been 8 hours and still looks like I just applied it! I look forward to trying it in east coast humidity.

I love how the setting spray sprays and dries on the skin but it could control oil better. It's supposed to be all nighter matte and isn't worth the hype.

I have used the original All Nighter spray before and thought I would try the matte spray but this product left dry white bubble marks all over my face. I went back to using the original spray.

I'm a big fan of the Urban Decay setting spray, but this is the first time I've tried the mattifying formula, and WOW is it better! Helps control my shiny t-zone all day, and keeps my makeup from sweating off. Fantastic!

I have very dewy skin. Other matte setting sprays didn't actually give me a matte look at all, my skin was stil dewy. But All Nighter Ultra Matte is the exception! Beautiful matte look and not overly dry. White dots in many reviews are easily prevented by shaking bottle very well before every use and spraying the bottle in the air a couple times before first use and if you haven't used the product in a while. A definite rebuy!

When I first used this spray I got the white little dots that everybody is complaining about. Trust me I was very frustrated, but I really wanted to give it a chance so I shook it really well and started to spray it on my arm to test it out again and it didn't have the white specs after that I continue using it and it never left those white dots on my face and it keeps my make up in place for hours so if you plan on buying this product, just shake it really well and spray it on your arm just to see if those white specs are gonna come out or not I think it's just the first use of it.

Idk how people have white specks when using this?… I have used this so many times with zero issue. You have to shake it a few times before using and I recommend with any matte spray, spraying once in the air before on your face to unclog the nozzle/sprayer. Unless the product is truly defective, you should have no problems using this.

While it's effective to keep a matte look… it comes out white and it does not spray evenly. With other setting sprays I just let it dry on my skin, but with this one, I had to spray and then dab it across my face otherwise it literally dries on white

I accidentally bought the ultra matte urban decay setting spray instead of the regular (which I love) and it was the worst setting spray I've ever put on my face. Not only would it not spray out and left big globs, it also left a white film on my face and in my hair. Would recommend getting All Nighter Waterproof Makeup Setting Spray, would NOT recommend buying the Ultra Matte.

The stuff is horrible it says shake and then use when I spray it on my face white dots were all over me in my hair on my ear can't get them out of my hair!!! this is the worst setting spray I have ever used
