The Sports Research Sweet Sweat Arm Trimmers provide thermal compression to the bicep area to promote an additional increase in heat and sweat during exercise. Trimmers are contoured to fit around your bicep comfortably and are naturally flexible to adjust to your size and shape. Arm Trimmers should be worn loose enough to provide a full range of motion during workouts. Made from extra-thick, latex-free Neoprene and feature a grid inner lining that repels moisture and limits slipping. For best results pair with Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer Gel (sold separately).

They fit around the bicep well as they are adjustable and also move very well while being worn. The compression from the trimmers make my workouts more advantageous. The gel is a nice plus as is the bag provided to hold them or to wash them in.

These arm bands are just as awkward as you think they will be. But, they also make the hugged part of your arm sweat. If you were like "I dunno, they seem hard to use" well, yes, but... if you want that part of your arm to sweat while you work out, then you buy them. Everyone is pretty much used to spandex or compression on their legs and abs, but the arm thing is new. You get used to it/ understand how it works for you. 4 stars because of how it's a learning curve to get them on; would be cool if they were a slip-on sleeve.

With these on, I feel like they are restricting some movements. They do make my biceps a lot more sweaty though so maybe they are working? However I can’t see myself using these while working out. At least not for CrossFit! Might be worth trying though for exercise that you don’t use your arms as much…
