I bought the Goddess Strength Leave in Balm and I thought it had a different smell at one time. The smell of this is terrible. As far as being moisturizing it seems to be OK. Time will tell how good it is for my hair. But the smell is very unpleasant. I think it's the ginger.

I can’t tell if this works because the scent was so unpleasant to me I could barely use it. I am looking for a replacement for the almond milk leave in conditioner which was THE BEST. Unfortunately I am still looking.

Seems like a good product, but maybe isn't right for my hair type. I've used other products from this specific line that work great but hair "milk" sprays seem to make my hair matt together instead of re-curl. I'm sure this product could work well for someone else though!

Just purchased for the first time and i love it! My hair is so moisturized and feels super soft after spraying on my hair. It defines my curls too! Works great on both wet or dry hair. Smells decent, its not like a sweet or floral scent but it is good nonetheless and not overpowering. Buy this!!

I love everything Carol's Daughter! I've been using her products ever since I visited the super cute store in Brooklyn in early 2000s. This hair milk leaves my hair so soft and helps my hair embrace it's curls! Only reason for 4 not 5 stars is for the scent which I don't hate or love, but my hubby gives me the silent treatment when I use it because his sense of smell is so sensitive and he does not like this scent :-(. Just a word of caution to those of you with a sensitive sense of smell. I don't know exactly which part of the ingredients it is either. Side note**Please bring back the Monoi hair oil!! It is the best detangler ever!!

I COUDN'T GET PAST THE SMELL on the Goddess Strength Divine Strength Leave In Milk. The smell was very strong. I was scared that I would be smelling like a septic tank if I used the product.

My wife picked this up for me a couple weeks ago and it's seems to be a great product. I have 3c-4a hair type and use it on my beard mainly. After the first use my beard felt fuller with no breakage combing through it. I would recommend this product for anyone looking to strengthen their hair.
