[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Sonicare for travel. It is an excellent, basic, but effective toothbrush. I already have a Sonicare with some extra features like gum care, but I never use those. I think this new one is a little quieter but feels just as powerful. For the price, it was a great buy. Totally recommended if you're looking for simplicity.

The product is fine. But they had me register my toothbrush (? seems extreme) in order to get a free brush head, then it said they don't have that offer anymore, which is wild because I purchased this toothbrush last week... Manage your inventory and promotions properly or don't make bait and switch ads.

The brush head keeps stopping with the lightest

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not to happy with the brush head it keeps stopping
1 reply from Philips Consumer Care team - 1 month ago
Hi Grandpakap, Thank you for letting us know about you're concern. We're sorry to hear that you're having issue with your Sonicare. There are several potential reasons why your brush head might be stopping with the lightest pressure. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try: Check for Obstruction - Make sure there is nothing obstructing the movement of the brush head. Debris or hardened toothpaste can sometimes build up and restrict the brush head's movement. Brush Head attachment - Ensure the brush head is properly attached to the toothbrush handle. It should be securely in place without any looseness. Battery Charge - Ensure your toothbrush is fully charged. A low battery could cause it to stop working properly. Place the toothbrush on the charger and allow it to fully charge, then test it again. Pressure Sensor - pressure sensor that might be overly sensitive. If you are applying too much pressure, the toothbrush might automatically stop to protect your gums and teeth. Try using gentler pressure when brushing to see if this resolves the issue. Replacement Brush Head - Consider replacing the brush head if it's old or worn out. The bristles can become frayed, and the internal mechanism can wear down over time. Reset Toothbrush - Reset your toothbrush to see if that fixes the issue. Refer to the user manual for instructions on how to reset your specific model. If you try all this steps and It's still the same, please reach out to us. We're available on Facebook (@Philips) and X (@PhilipsCare). you can also reach out to us via the contact page:https://www.usa.philips.com/c-w/support-home/support-contact-page#n62Contact=PERSONAL_CARE_GR%2BTOOTHBRUSHES_CA. We're more than happy to assist you! Hope to hear to you soon! Kind regards, Philips Consumer Care
