A: While Combat Cravings is safe for any gender to take, it is formulated with a clinically-studied dose of Chromium which was studied in women in particular to help reduce food cravings. Current research does not show that this ingredient and dosage yields the same results for men. Similar to our other products, we recommend speaking with a qualified healthcare professional before using Combat Cravings if you are taking any medication.

I use this along with teh Olly Metabolism gummies and it seems to be working. I don't crave the sugars like I was and I am not over-eating. Beacuase it is a capsule you don't need to worry about taste. I don't feel as though this alone will make you lose weight, but it is definitely making me feel less bloated.

As for effectiveness, I noticed a subtle but real difference in my cravings, especially for sugary snacks. 🍩🍫 While it didn’t completely erase my desire for sweets, it definitely helped me feel more in control of my snacking. The results aren’t instant—it took about a week of consistent use before I really noticed a change. Also, for the price, I wish there were more servings per bottle. 🤑 But if you struggle with cravings and want something to help curb the urge, this is worth a try!

This is definitely great for someone who is willing to lose weight and avoid any extra cravings throughout the day! The taste is very natural and I would recommend start off with a 30 day supply and work your way up.

Yoooo, I assumed this prob wouldnt work but actually works so good??? Like when I take it I forget to eat and have to actively remind myself. I’m someone who can body a whole munchie meal by myself and still be hungry but taking these I am actually low key scared by how effective they are. And it doesn’t give you like a burning in your tummy hunger/haven’t eaten feeling either- it actually makes you feel comfy and full. Use it mid day and lasts even when I smoke the midnight za.

I love them. They really control my blood sugar. Before, whenever I ate something sweet or white bread, my heart would beat like crazy. These prevented those insulin spikes. I also lost 8 lbs taking these, 2 full months, 1 every day. They definitely help you from overeating. I am not dieting, just being more mindful.

I've found this to be the only product that actually stops my cravings. The medication I'm on makes my hunger cravings crazy, especially when my monthly friend comes to visit. Thanks to this supplement, my metabolism has also increased, which helps me maintain my weight and boosts my confidence. My motabolism was so bad before I started this supplement that my weight fluctuated constantly. I'm looking forward to continuing this journey. Stay tuned for another update.

I went into this with high hopes given the overall good ratings it receives, but was pretty disappointing. I don’t feel that it really curved any of my cravings, but I do think it made me more “regular” since it supports metabolism. I also noticed I sweat quite a bit when taking this medication.

I was skeptical but it wasn't a bad price so I figured what do I have to lose? Weight that's what! I didn't notice much the first day. The second day I noticed I wasn't as hungry. By day three I had a hard time remembering if I had eaten that day! I've been taking it for two weeks and have lost 9lbs WITHOUT WATCHING WHAT I EAT! I'm an RN who works overnights, my eating habits are full of fingers foods & quick eat foods. I'm still eating those garbage foods when/if im hungry and im still losing weight! I can only imagine how much I'll lose when I actually find the time to eat right & exercise. Best part? No funky side effects! And that's saying something because I'm super sensitive to the side effects of medications. Why are you still reading this?!? Buy it already!!!!!
