The directions when trying to remove the #1 & 2 pieces is not very clear. Also got almost all the way complete and found a major piece was missing. Can't call over the weekend, now have to wait until Monday.
The cabinet is solid and uses high quality materials.

Perfect replacement for my large Sauder office desk that included three file drawers. I no longer work from my home, having just retired, so a downsize was in order to free up some space for the grandkids in my former office. It has more file storage that I anticipated, which is a nice thing, but do plan to set aside some time to assemble the cabinet - lots of steps! Overall, a good value with the promo pricing.

When I first received it I noticed that several pieces had chipped edges but I figured those would be on the bottom and I had to wait so long to get it I wasnt about to wait longer to get new pieces. Some of the screws wouldnt tighten because the holes were a little too big which wasnt that big of a deal for what they were needed for the only main issues that I had was the holes on the top to screw in the lock bolts were too big so my top doesnt stay attached. The item is beautiful the price was extremely high for the size of the unit though but it matched my desk and I need the file space so they kind of have you over a barrel.

This item was not right! The holes were too big for the screws. I couldn’t even put it together. So heavy and such a pain to return.
