This item must be returned within 90 days of the date it was purchased in store, shipped, delivered by a Shipt shopper, or made ready for pickup.
The bike arrived on time and was easily assembled, however; the motor overheats after a short ride and it struggles up hills. Customer service is sending a new motor but we will see if that solves the problem. Very dissatisfied.

Well, we are off to a rough start. I’m having my bike assembled by a reputable bike shop here in town. We ran into a throttle that was not working. So, Schwinn is sending the new throttle to the bike shop. So, I will let you know when I get a chance to ride it.

Wow! A terrific purchase! I hesitated based on the price but decided to finally buy something for ME instead of everyone else. My husband is pretty handy and it took him about 30 minutes to set it up. I got on the thing and it absolutely FLEW!!!! I was shocked and giddy at the same time. It’s very solid yet fast. It’s stunning and turns heads. If you’re on the fence, just go for it. It’s great as a normal bicycle, too! I put a dog basket on the front and Sam the Yorkie is harnessed in and we just GO! It’s a great feeling and I’m so so so happy that it’s mine.
WOW WOW WOW - I have always dreamed of owning an electric bike. This Schwinn bike does everything. You can peddle or not peddle. It has a smooth ride even when on bumpy roads. I am so impressed with this machine. It charges up quickly and stays charged for long periods. The size of it is good for me being 5ft 6inches and for my husband that is 6ft 1inches. We can both ride it. My husband weighs 215lbs and it rides just as smoothly as it does with me on it weighing 170lbs. It took about an hour to put together by the both of us. Totally worth every tightening of screw. It had some charge to it ready when we assembled but we put on charger for about an hour and it was roaring to go. I am just in love with this bike. It is everything. The white is so sleek too. You can NOT go wrong with getting this well oiled machine for your home.
I have been looking for a reliable, durable and fun bicycle. This bicycle is so much fun. I love the fun color. This bike is meant to last. I was instantly amazed by the durability and the quality of this hybrid bike. I can charge it and the charge lasts for a long time. The keys go time charger which prevents the battery from being removed when you don't want it removed. I will say that this bicycle took some time to put together because the book included wasn't as informative as I'd prefer, however, it wasn't hard. This is a fun bike. You can see your progress while biking and you can control it with ease. The bicycle is sturdy and weighted without being hard to handle. This bike can be stored inside or outside. I keep mine indoors with no problem. It stores easily. The handles make it easy to control how fast or slow that you want to go and easy to stop when needed. If you're looking for a great quality, easy to use, fun, durable, sturdy bike, this is a beautiful option. There are smaller or bigger options depending on your height which also makes this bike an amazing choice. I've also taken this bike out for a ride at night. It has a tail light and a headlight making night time riding easier and safer. The tires are thick and sturdy, making a smooth and easy ride. This bike is definitely worth the purchase. I highly recommend it whether you're an occasional rider or a professional. This bicycle is beautiful and is exceptional quality.
