If your hands are greasy, the knives become difficult to control while cutting meat. Despite this issue, I do appreciate these knives and believe that with more time and practice, I will become more used to overtime.

Knives do not cut well. I thought they had more defeat jobs cdry,disappointed in product. Would have returned if I had put knives in dishwasher and thrown away the packing. Will be ordering another droduct.
