This is probably the most cheaply and poorly made knife set of all time. It’s so bad, that one wouldn’t be misplaced to think it was from Dollar Tree. The knife rusted after a single wash. And the pain started to chip on the blade on the second (hand) wash.

I’m handwashing them only and the coating still is peeling a bit. Great cost, but you get what you pay for unfortunately

I shopped for dishwasher-safe knives and bought these. Using a year old Maytag dishwasher, the coating flaked off after the first wash. Not pleased. Will look for stainless knives with no coating in the future. Not clear how these are sold as dishwasher safe. Saying hand washing is recommended doesn’t make sense if they’re sold as able to be put into the dishwasher.
