Our intentions weren't to disappoint you with the changes, but to provide you with a quality product that delivers the same results you've come to expect without compromises to how your hair feels. It may help to know that hair can look frizzy or dry if it is not conditioned enough. We recommend trying to use a richer conditioner, using a conditioning treatment 2 or 3 times a week, leaving the conditioner on for up to 5 minutes, and/or using more conditioner on the ends of your hair,. Using a leave-in conditioner instead of one you rinse out, can also help reduce frizz.
