A: I can't figure out how to edit my previous answer, but as it turns out, there is 8% calcium. I swear I read the label 5 times and didn't see it, LOL.

I loved these and the Teen ones (helped with acne). But I’ve since stopped buying them because they expire or go bad quickly. Usually within a few months of opening they turn a darker green and the smell changes. A downside for someone with ADHD is that they go off/odd quicker in a pill organizer. I used to set them up in a monthly organizer and noticed that by mid/end of month they had turned like in the bottle a few months after opening.

I have been taking this vitamin and prenatal for years, since 2017. Since they changed the new formula I feel physically off afterwards for a few hours. Drowsy/tired, slightly dizzy, and borderline anxious, I do not take any other medications. I will unfortunately no longer be purchasing these vitamins.

My review of Rainbow Light High Potency Women's One Daily Multivitamin. I've been taking this vitamin for a few years now. I've never had an issue with the smell, I'm understanding of ingredients and smell of the more natural vitamins. Since I swallow mine with a mouthful of oatmeal or applesacue every morning, I have no issues with taste, and the same goes for the size. I ALWAYS take it with food and have never had a belly ache. I would have given this a 5 until I just recently went to my bottle to check how much calcium is in it. There is NO calcium!!! In a WOMEN'S multivitamin!!! I'm shocked. This is one of our number one needs as women. Yes, I fully take on the blame of not reading the list more carefully. That is on me for sure. I trusted the manufacturer with my health blindly when I shouldn't have. I now will do research on how to go forward with a new vitamin.

I have been taking these for over 6 years because my daughter took the prenatals when she was pregnant and continued with the Womens One. She recommended them to me, as I was at the time in my late 60's. I didn't immediately notice a change but in a couple months I noticed I had more energy and just had an overall better feeling. I've been taking them ever since. I also recommended the prenatals to my granddaughter who is currently pregnant. I recommend them highly.

I take this vitamin every day and can’t live without it! It provides as a breastfeeding mom it’s important that I’m getting all my nutrients and this vitamin helps me supplement anything that I’m not getting from my food. It’s just one day, I take it with a glass of water and I find it easy to swallow. These are my favorite multivitamin and I love how affordable they are. Highly recommend these!

I work out and I find that I definitely need to supplement with iron as I’ve been anemic in the past and this one has the perfect amount of iron to give me a boost of energy, but not to give me constipation. Hope that’s not TMI but the iron level is just right!
