Definitely worth a shot!! Really helped me a lot. Take them 3-4x daily- the B6 works better at a constant amount in your body instead of only taking occasionally. The texture is not quite what you’d expect but you get used to it, it’s not gross or anything just different. Taste is good! Take these in addition to your prenatal.

Yes, I feel like these are absolutely helping with my nausea. However, I am fairly devastated that I'm starting to develop an aversion to the taste...I guess I'll just have to figure out how to keep choking them down?

They don’t help my morning sickness. I noticed a lot of the reviews on here are for a different product or are “incentivized” so I feel like the high rating was very misleading. I give 2/5 stars because they don’t taste too bad.

I slept better less night sweats. Easy to swallow, no after taste. The main ingredients are natural which is a huge plus. I love the color of bottle and pills.

I also take other supplements in the evening, so I don’t know that I can attribute positives or negatives to these Centrum tablets. I don’t think they made anything WORSE at least. If I had a friend who had persistent night sweats, I might tell her to give these a try just to see if they helped.

It’s supposed to help with restful sleep and help with keeping the hot flashes at bay at night. I’ve been using it for maybe two weeks. I take it at night with the glass of water and it’s been helping with sleep not as much as I thought it would but it’s not bad so I think the product is OK. It’s not something I will ever buy on my own, I do appreciate testing it

I have night sweats and some mild hot flashes during specific days of the month and I started taking this supplements at the beginning of the month web I’ve noticed that my night sweat has definitely calmed down a lot and I’m able to have a more restful night. It doesn’t help that we are in the middle of summer but even with the AC blasting on me and a personal fan by my nightstand I am still suffering from the dread te night sweats. I’ve noticed how I got to rest a lot better while taking the supplements and how I felt a lot a happier and rested trough my days. Will definitely include this Centrum Menopause Support supplements to my daily intake of vitamins.

I only received a 28 day supply and a lot of medications or supplements take a few months to actually see a huge improvement. So it's kind of hard to actually give this a good review.

Foe the first time in forever, I am able to fall asleep pretty quickly, and if I wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, I can finally fall back to sleep. It worked that well the first night that I used it. It has even helped with the night sweats.. You better run and get you some. This is no joke!
