A: Hello, this could be Dynamic Response Mode. Please see the following instructions for using Dynamic Response Mode. Quickly press the power button twice to engage Dynamic Response Mode. In this mode, all 4 LEDs will blink simultaneously and massage intensity will increase as you apply pressure to your muscles. Pressing the power button again will disengage Dynamic Response Mode.

My husband loved this gift we got him; however, it stopped working after a year. We cannot find a troubleshooting manual online. There are 4 white lights that come on when it’s charging. It works for a few seconds or so and then stops when a normal amount of massaging pressure is applied. My husband is very disappointed it no longer works, and I’m also very disappointed I wasted about $70 on this.

Soooooo disappointed!! It stopped working after 3 months! It will not charge. I ignored the negative reviews thinking those were few to the many positive ones. Now I'm out $80+ dollars because I have missed the return window! I can't tell you how frustrating that is! I am not rich! I have a major neck issue so my muscles are constantly tightening and causing pain. While this worked, it was helping with that. I'm going to try to figure out how to contact the company to see if they can help rectify this situation. If they do, I'll update my review. As of now, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

i absolutely love this massage gun. i have had a few others but this one is the most compact and comfortable and works just as well as the expensive ones. the big ones are too bulky but this one fits easily in your hand and is comfortable. somehow it absorbs most of the shock so your hand isn’t numb by the end.

A family member bought one of these and I tried it and it worked great. I’d never had a massage gun before and they are usually pricy but I really wanted one. It went on Black Friday sale so I had to get it and the one I received does not seem as well made as the other one. When pushing the gun down (with normal pressure) and moving it around, something must be loose because the area where you add the attachments bumps into the side and makes a clicking noise when in use. The attachment area doesn’t seem as secure as the first one I tried. I can’t exchange, only return and repurchase at the current cost, so I’ll just probably keep it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg, this is so amazing! I needed this so badly. There are four speeds and 4 different attachments for a variety of options. The handle is so easy to use and feels pretty substantial which looks like it will last quite some time. The attachments feel great on the skin so I will be using this in a weekly basis. The quiet technology is great and I appreciate that because the whisper quiet doesn’t raise any questions. The box advertised that it holds up to 2 hours on one charge which is a nice feature.
