I stopped using regular store flours they made me ill. The organic KING ARTHUR FLOUR DOES NOT AND WORKS WELL FOR MY NEEDS. The fact it gets mailed to my door is another bonus! Thank You King Arthur!

I have used organic KAF exclusively as my all-purpose flour for a very long time. I always get great results, with the added bonus of it being organic. I try to avoid pesticides and chemicals whenever possible so this flour fits the bill.

I have always enjoyed baking with King Arthur flour because the texture is uniform and when I order directly from the company, I feel like I am getting as fresh a product as possible. Now, for my grandchildren’s health, I’ve started using the organic flour. I have no way of knowing that the fields from which the wheat for the organic flour is harvested, has not come in contact with any pesticides, either intentionally or unintentionally. I know unintentional sprays drift from field to field, but I trust that the fields for wheat used in King Arthur flour are as clean as it can be. I trust the King Arthur company. I believe that if it was determined that the product was contaminated, this company would be honest and label the flour honestly.
