Grip broke after not even two months, unsatisfied. Case is solid and protective but ultimately not impressed for the money. Wish there was a pop socket option like my previous iPhone 10 case.

The case is great like all other otterbox covers. Hard shell the only thing I dislike is the back socket. It’s the only part that feels poorly made. Its not comfortable and doesn't feel safe to use I feel like it might rip apart and drop my phone. Wish it would go back to the original round socket without the cheap plastic things coming out on the sides. It wont stay open. Flimsy back socket.

The case is smooth and beautiful, but the new design for the grip is really awful. I’m sad I didn’t look at the reviews first. Mine hasn’t broken yet but my main use for the pop socket was to prop it up and that isn’t an option anymore. Looking for a new case.

While I liked this product at first, the plastic on the otter grip is starting to break. At this rate, it will totally break off in the next week. I have used it since Christmas 2023 and it is now Jan. 17th. It is flimsy quality and a very expensive case. I do not recommend as the otter grip will break off shortly.

The grip part of this case broke off after just a few days sending my phone flying off a ski lift while I was holding it. Why would Otterbox get rid of the phenomenal and sturdy popsocket design they've had for the last few years? I'm so disappointed. Please just bring back that case - I was a repeat purchaser every year and now I'm questioning the quality of this brand. Looks like dozens of other people are having the same issue.

The pop-up is terrible. I can’t understand why a great company like OtterBox would jeopardize relationships with loyal customers like myself by making a change like this. Please bring back the Pop-Sockets ASAP - this case is coming back.

I’ve been buying the otter box case with the pop socket for years now. The last 3 phones I’ve owned have had this case. Since they changed the pop socket design on this new case, I have been very disappointed. The pop socket is hard to get out and impossible get back in! I have to fight with it to get it to go back in. I ended up just buying a new case and separate pop socket since this one has been so frustrating. Definitely not worth the money.

I haven’t even had the case a month and the pop socket (or whatever you want to call the grip in the back) is ripping off already. I’ve been avoiding using it so that it doesn’t pop all the way off. Not worth buying.

Got this case in September when we got our Iphone 15’s. Great case but horrible idea to get rid of the actual Popsocket that lasted longer than whatever you want to call this. I really wanted this case to be it because I always buy Otterboxes for my phone since they hold up and I don’t have to be constantly buying a new one. This case was expensive and not worth the price. Now I don’t know what to do. Can you guys collaborate with Popsocket again and change the price for the sake of potential buyers?

I used the case less than two months. The pop handle tore and one side broke off. I rarely used the pop stand because it would not hold my phone up. Extremely disappointing!
