I like the non-stim version of this amino so I can limit the intake of stims in general and/or cap how much I do take per day. I also like to mix in an Alpha-Gpc 300mg & Ltheanine 200mg so I still get the focus blend component whle working with the additional benefits of the AA's that I need plenty of. Cost effective and value based product that I carry regularly!

EVL is by far my favorite supliment company and its due to the quality of their BCAA's. I've tried many BCAA's from different companies and EVL I feel not only work better, but taste better and dissolve better in water. This BCAA doesn't hurt your stomach and i've never had any negative side effects from it. I'm 43 years old and for the most part participate in CrossFit workouts each day at my local gym. I personally take BCAA's directly after I workout in the morning and then if needed later on in the afternoon for a mid day boost. This BCAA5000 has not only helped with my recovery, but i'm hardly ever sore the next day when working out. It gives me entergy throughout the day, and I always feel great.
