The small orifice dispenser tip clogs easily if not subjected to regular use- (once or more times a monthThe juvenile cartoonish drawings are no help in opening the dispenser. After 2 years of use, I finally figured it out. I will not attempt to do so here because trying to put it into words is next to impossible. Good luck! Perhaps GOJO will improve the single page mounting, opening and exchanging of the soap bag.
