SmartAdjust™ can automatically change your -3% to 12% incline and your 0-12 MPH speed based on your workout history and performance for a hands-free, immersive experience. Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth® and turn on iFIT’s ActivePulse™ feature so that the automatic treadmill adjustments change based on your target heart rate zone. The built-in CoolAire™ has three modes of intensity – low, medium, and high – so you can stay cool during the toughest moments. The only issue I had was an incline motor that went out in the first weeks of having it. I thankfully had bought the warranty and it was covered so I highly recommend purchasing that to be safe. I do hope things hold up because I get this machine to connect to IFit workouts.

I bought this because my sister-in-law had one and recommended it. I like that it's very roomy, stable, and smooth. The only little thing I would love is for the screen to be able to be tilted instead of fixed in place. There are some videos where they want you to get off the machine to do some exercises and this would help. But that doesn't warrant dropping any stars as it would just be a design change.

This treadmill makes me want to workout daily. The programs offered are great, my watch syncs to the machine seamlessly, the automatic adjustment of speed and incline during the workouts is awesome. My only hesitation is how long this treadmill will hold up to daily use. I have had it since February and no real issues except the incline at higher levels makes the machine seem a bit shaky. Time will tell… I would definitely recommend this system though!!

I absolutely LOVE my ProForm Pro 9000. The tread has the perfect amount of cushion, it is wide enough to perform upper body exercises while using without smacking the rails, the mechanisms are quiet while the volume during various trainings is sufficient. I’m so happy I went with the larger screen so I don’t have to worry about connecting a TV as many others end up doing. I’m grateful for the ability to fold it if necessary, though I keep it down most of the time. Love everything about this machine!!

The ProForm 9000 is fantastic! The options, choices, quality of the workouts are all unbelievable! I have a small home gym and it’s great to use app on my Roku TV for workouts with hand weights, bands, body bars! I am thinking of maybe getting your bike also!! Thank you!!

I can't say enough about how happy I am that I finally decided to purchase the Proform Proo 9000. The incline goes up to level 12, decline to level 3. I've never experienced a decline on a treadmill, so it was mind blowing. The monitor doesn't shake whether in decline or incline mode. The wide selections of trainings offered, including all levels of instructor guidance is stupendous. I have no regrets or can say anything negative thus far.
