I have 2 boxes and the first 2 from the box is thick, heavy and have a few lumps. They do not expire until June. Not sure if it's a bad batch. I hope the next box is not like that.

I have more than half of it to my husband as a light meal before his soccer game, and he said it filled him up until the end of the match. Not to mention that it comes from the same company with Ensure, our no.1 trustworthy brand for our parents, so it's considered as safe to consume for us. The packaging is easy to open. Highly recommended!

The packaging is eye catching and looks nice.The taste of the shake was good while in my mouth however it left a chalky aftertaste. The texture was really smooth, easy to drink and fresh tasting. The shake was very filling, I didn’t need my normal afternoon snack at work but the chalky aftertaste really threw it off for me though. I did feel extremely full after finishing the shake and my energy level was elevated but it was hard for me to get passed the aftertaste.

It's not chalky like most other nutrition shakes and tastes like a rich milk chocolate. The packaging is also very nice, it's resealable so you can have some now and save the rest for later! Highly recommend this for anybody who has an active lifestyle or needs an extra boost in their daily nutrition.

I was really hesitant at first because a lot of these weight loss centered shakes tend to have a grainy, kind of chunky texture with a not-so-pleasant after taste—however, I was really shocked by this. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great premade protein shake option. 30 g of protein and 1 g of sugar, which is comparable to Premier Protein but I think this has less of an aftertaste. I know premade shakes are more expensive but I prefer them to the powders unless I’m using them to bake. This one is great as is, or mixed into coffee or a smoothie.

The taste is smooth and gentle, I love that it's got eve9Id want in a vitamin in a drink from. I was so surprised how good these taste! I literally had to stop myself from drinking them 2 at a time.

The taste was overall good. It’s better than some other protein shakes I have tried. I did share it with my husband who regularly drinks protein shakes and he seemed to enjoy it. I am not sure if I would buy this again just because I have found a protein shake that I enjoy and that took me years. It is from the makes of Ensure so it’s pretty healthy. It has 30g of protein; 4 grams of fiber, 25 vitamins and minerals; and only 1g of sugar and it’s only 150 calories.

I did like the fact that it wasn't thick like most nutrition shakes. There's nothing different from any other shake of this kind.
