Made with sensitive, melanated skin in mind, our formula contains a gentle 14% non-nano zinc oxide to provide a barrier without causing irritation or penetrating the skin. Natural, premium oils like sunflower seed, grape seed, and rosehip provide additional moisture to nourish dry, irritated skin.
To use, change wet and soiled diapers promptly, cleansing the diaper area and allowing to dry. Apply cream liberally as often as necessary, with each diaper change, and especially at bedtime or anytime when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged. Tip: don’t forget the creases where hip meets thigh! Store at room temperature.

I know this is made with natural ingredients, but the consistency is very off. Like everything separated and there's chunks and grit. I've tried shaking or squeezing the tube several times and it doesn't help to mix it back up. Also, definitely didn't help get rid of my baby's diaper rash and possibly made it worse. Would not recommend. It's unfortunate because I've used a lot of this company's products and really like most of them.

We’ve battled a diaper rash on by baby for about 4 whole months. From treating for yeast, to no diaper time, to trying every single diaper cream under the moon…this one finally did it! We slather it on with every change and her bum is finally soft again😭🙌🏽 it’s been raw and cracked for months! So many doctor visits & this finally did the trick! I just wish they sold in a tub because we go through one tube in like a week or less

Bought this diaper cream because it was free of a lot of “bad stuff” like petroleum, parabens, etc. I like to our diaper cream on my baby at night since I don’t change it during the night. After using it for 3 days my baby now has a horrible diaper rash that was not there before. My baby could be sensitive to one of the ingredients. I’m not saying it doesn’t work for some babies, but for mine it was horrible. :(

I got this on a whim on clearance while out of my normal diaper cream. I cloth diaper and was looking for something not petroleum based. Anyway, the clearance sticker was over the “for melanated babies” part. When I got it home, I used it on a gnarly diaper rash my teething toddler had developed. Happy to say it also works fantastic on my translucent child 🤣 seriously I’m sad to have seen it on clearance because I hope it doesn’t mean they’re discontinuing it. It’s really good butt cream.

The consistency is a very gritty texture. Upon opening, I thought since it has some many natural oils, it would melt with natural body heat, it did not. It cause a rash on both my babies and I use a a preventative, so they did not have rashes to begin with. I use at night to keep them comfortable. Also, when wiping baby, it dries and causes even more irritation. I will be retuning and going back to my original brand I usually use. There are much better natural diaper rash creams out there. Check out Matys Natural brand. I love it but had to get this when I ran out and needed something that day. My kiddos are not sensitive either, so the fact it caused a diaper rash, I would be concerned for babies who are sensitive.

Really nice ingredients didn’t even notice the melanated on the package to get offended. But there are physiological differences of more deeply melanated skin and different types of melanin. Even rashes look different on different types of skin tones not sure why people would be so distraught over the word melanated. Product works very well five stars across the board.

This is easily some of the best diaper cream I’ve come across! My three week old has been using it since he made it into this world & has yet to have a problem. He had a little irritation last night, put this on him. & it was cleared up by his next change.
