Formula is ultimate! 5 stars!! I have every lip balm /mask and this is the only one that actually truly moisturizes my dehydrated lips. Regret not buying it 2 weeks ago when I had it in my cart and tried another one instead! I gave it 4 stars because the applicator cushion is off to the side not where it would be placed evenly with the tube on all other balms, and I’m OCD it bothers me to have to hold it differently to apply

Just did a haul today at Ulta. There wasn't any Soft Bisos & I'm sad about it. It's such a great part of the skin care routine. Especially during the colder months. So hydrating and a wonderful base for any lip oil, gloss and beyond
