Q: Does it disinfect germs such as Ecoli and Salmonella?

A: Hi Julie, All-purpose surface cleaners, like our Clean Can cleaner, are not formulated to disinfect. While it is possible that some germs will be removed in the process of cleaning, disinfecting requires different ingredients at specific concentrations to actually kill bacteria & viruses. I would suggest our Disinfecting Surface Cleaner in this case, which is effective against Influenza (e.g. influenza A, H1N1), Human rhinovirus 42, staph (staphylococcus aureus), listeria (listeria monocytogenes), pseudomonas (pseudomonas aeruginosa), Salmonella enterica, Human Coronavirus, and e. coli (escherichia coli) when used according to label directions. I bought two of the spray bottles and just opened the second one. It broke the first time I used it. Not sure if others have had this issue but I am unable to use the sprayer. The scent is plesent and not overpowering...I don't need things to smell clean...I need them to BE clean which this appears to do.

The new packaging seems really gimmicky. It also needs work, if you knock the bottle over it comes out of the can into the bottle and makes a big mess and leaks. Sadly we loved this cleaner before but miss the old packaging.

More complicated than it needs to be. The bottle is actually plastic and you actually leave the can in the plastic bottle. For some reason I thought you’d just empty the solution in the bottle. Not as aesthetic as I’d hope. You can just make my own solution and use a glass spray bottle.

Sprayer is heavenly. Feels substantial and creates a big, even mist. I can tell it will last a long time! I purchased this because I was intrigued with the refillable design and thought the aluminum can was genius. You won’t be disappointed!

I prefer the lemongrass scent over the green tea one. It smells a little more like a cleaning product to me. It's much more complex than just "lemongrass" and the scent overall is gentle and not too strong. The green tea is nice and my kids commented that they like it. Both are good. This is just personal preference. The sprayer is amazing. It feels really nice in my hand and has the best spray setting I've ever experienced. If anything, buy this product for how well it sprays! I use this almost everyday on every kitchen surface. I find that it's a great daily cleaner (as advertised) for counters, appliances, fixtures, cutting boards, and kids toys.

The cleaner is great. Definitely a 5-6/10 in terms of strength. As they say, "Everyday Surface Cleaner." But the sprayer! It's a 10/10. It's hefty, feels nice, and produces an amazing spray pattern. A few pulls and my whole countertop is perfectly coated in mist droplets. I love it. I'd buy it just for the sprayer.

I find it to be easy to use. I use it on just about everything in my kitchen (even stainless). The can concept is cool :). I bought the green tea set and an extra can of lemongrass. I've been waiting for a scent like lemongrass with my household cleaners. Everything else is overwhelming and packed with perfumes. I like that Puracy is subtle and gentle. It has other notes that I can't put my finger on but I really like it.

I purchased this from the Bee Caves, TX Target on March 25. I immediately stopped when I saw what I thought was a beverage can in the cleaning aisle. Also, love that it's an Austin brand! Then I saw the kit it came in and thought it looked like a great value for $9.99. No plastic? Sign me up. To those concerned about the sticker: 1. it is very difficult to remove and does provide safety and 2. your cleaning products should be locked up no matter how natural they are. I really like the way this cleans. I've used it on my table, counters, son's highchair, a few toys, and my stove. It leaves almost no haze behind. Anything it does, I can easily wipe away with another pass. The scent is really good, though I do want to try the lemongrass to see what that is all about. Thanks, Puracy, for creating a plastic-free cleaner that I don't have to mix.

I was looking for eco-friendly & natural product that could be also effective on any surfaces ... and this product is just the perfect match! First, the bottle + can system is just unique, very convenient and cool. Even the spray is very good. And then there is no compromise on the effectiveness. It is good for removing dirt and dust on any surface, even the tough stain on in the stove area!!! Definitively, just perfect for me, and the planet :)

I really like this Puracy surface cleaner in a can. The whole outer "system" feels high quality, like it will last for a long time. The sprayer is great - easy to hold and makes a super fine mist. I use it to clean my wood table, quartzite counters, and stainless steel small appliances. I found it to be streak-free, which saves me from needing a separate counter or stainless cleaning spray. The can makes me feel better about doing something for the environment.

I grabbed this at my local Target this week. I liked that Puracy offered a cleaner I didn't have to mix with water that also didn't have plastic waste. It's in a beer can. haha I store my cleaning products up high, so no concern with my kids getting it and mistaking it as something else. The cleaner works great. I have dark granite counters and this doesn't leave any streaks when I use it with a microfiber towel. It also did a nice job on dried egg yolk from breakfast. The scent is fresh and mild but my husband doesn't love it. It goes away pretty quickly, though. I grabbed a refill can of the lemongrass scent for when I'm done with the green tea one. Very happy with my purchase so far!
