This is a sign of its superior sturdiness and higher quality compared to regular duvets. In contrast, artificial fabric is soft but lacks breathability. The duvet filling is 95% goose feather fiber and 5% white goose down, with an extra step to remove solid feather quils, providing plushness and softness, and year-round warmth. For those of you with a Cal King mattress, this comforter is actually sized separately for a King vs. Cal King, so it actually fits the bed! I bought the navy but it’s the color reflected in the picture, not dark navy. Great quality for the price!

I like the look of this, material content and it so far is good quality but after sleeping with it for a couple of weeks, the medium warmth is not nearly warm enough for standard room temps which is around 67/68 for us. All previous down inserts have been a comparative weight and warmth rating. We typically sleep with only a down blanket and sheet and are plenty comfortable, but I have been pretty cold and needing an extra heavy weight blanket at night.

This is the most lux duvet I have ever owned. It’s so soft and has some weight to it, but doesn’t make you hot. It’s the perfect size for my duvet cover without leaving a ton of extra fabric. I’m super happy that this one has a loop for securing it into a duvet cover in the middle, not just on the corners. The material appears to be nice quality and I know its going to last.

This is a great comforter! I love that we can easily wash it at home and that it can be used all year. Since I've had it I've used it on hot and cool days and have felt very comfortable. It is soft and lightweight and provides warmth while being cool to touch. It's a very beautiful blue color so we haven't even used it as an insert and are just using it as is. My one complaint is that it makes a lot of noise when you move it around. I've gotten used to it at this point but if you are sensitive to that, it would be something to consider before buying!

This down comforter is so plush and such great quality. It keeps you warm on chilly nights and cool on warmer nights. I haven't had issues with feathers poking out or threads coming loose. This is definitely a high quality, real down comforter. It fits easily into a duvet cover. I love the color as it fits well into my Daughters Boho themed room.

It's so comfortable. I’ve slept so comfy the last week. It has a cool to touch fabric that stays so for a while. Its filling is soft as well. My kids love it too, as they've been huddling in it every morning. I hope it keeps its form after a wash. Without a cover it's been perfect for summer. With a cover it will be better in Fall. Highly recommend it.

Out of the package this comforter is a bit flat and not super soft. By the next day it is fluffy and cozy, and after the first wash you will love it even more. The stitching and fabric are very high quality. It’s breathable and keeps you at just the right temperature. It has enough weight to it that you feel extra cozy, like a nice hotel comforter.
