Wow this is delicious! Rated as “excellent” on the Yuka app for being good nutritional content, no additives, etc. It tastes great. The only thing that would make it better would be some naan to eat it with. I’m glad to know there’s a healthy, tasty ready-made meal for times I need it.

The Tikka Masala is my favorite dish from the Purple Carrot line. It is a tad bit heavy on the sauce, but my favorite foods shine through. Another reviewer said that the meal was rice heavy. I don't think it is. It isn't just rice but a nice combination of farro and brown rice. I will definitely buy this again.

I agree with Flo Rida. I've found Purple Carrot vegan frozen meals to be hit or miss. This one was sort of the latter. Very, very saucy with big chunks of sweet potato, a lot of rice, and a few garbanzo beans. Not especially good and not filling, yet high-calorie.
