From the reviews, I wasn’t sure, but my daughter was always bringing a purse with her when she went scootering, which always fell off her shoulder and was just really hard to handle. I took a chance on this, and she absolutely loves it. She wears it to school every day, I’m sure the teachers don’t love that because of the noises, but my daughter, who is seven, absolutely loves this.

I’m disappointed. The eyes don’t open and close like the original purse pets. My 6 year old keeps trying to “figure out how to close the eyes” it’s more expensive than the regular purse pet and doesn’t have the features that originally drew her to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this or free to review and at first I was excited to have this for my neice, who is blind. I thought the sounds would be something exciting for her to interact with as there's not many toys for blind children but even though it states it's for children 3 and up ( she is 5) the sounds were very babyish and she lost interest very quickly. Her 2 year old sister enjoyed it better and uses it for her 'makeups'

I like the way it lights up, super intriguing to me so I can't imagine what a younger child thinks of it. If I was young again I'd for sure add this to my Christmas list.

She loves purses and cute stuffed animals however, slam the two together to make this product= No My 3yrs old played with it for a few minutes but then gave it back and said he didnt want it. The lights and sounds are probably attractive to an 18month old toddler but for the older ones, hard pass. Looking it over I thought it would have more space to put things inside however the capacity is limited. Maybe a juice box and a snack could fit but thats it. My daughter likes to carry way more things like: sunglasses, snacks, her chapstick and coin purse and pretend phone. Summary: -small capacity -baby-ish -boring to the intended target age -Dont buy it

However there are a few too many instructions and modes that, if you dont have the instructions for, can make for a frustrating experience. Its hard for a kid to remember all the different buttons and holds and where to push. It is a cute toy with the functionality of a small purse.

Its just like mom with the Fanny pack (back in style?!) yet it has a dance party on demand. My daughter has figured it all out and theres multiple songs, noises, and lights! The light up function is great, so many different colours that glow in the dark, her favourite thing I think. Its an interactive purse so it makes cute sounds, which have my daughter giggling along. It also holds all her treasures so I can see it being used regularly. When she wears it out she gets lots of comments and looks from other children. Her best friend has put one on her Christmas list after seeing my daughters. Id definitely buy this again - I can see it getting lots of play time and because of the quality of it its going to last

The first thing she said was "I love my meow meow purse". She is so excited and carries it every where! It makes over 30 different sounds and lights up! As a mom, I appreciate that it has over 30 sound effects, so I am not stuck hearing the same 5 sounds over and over 24/7. My daughter is packing it around every where! She shows everyone her meow meow purse! She even tries to sleep with it. This purse is a hit! I can safely say that soon we will have a whole set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Savannah Spotlight Purse Pet is lots of fun! Great accessory as a purse and interactive with its lights and various sounds. The instructions were just pictures which made them a little vague and the toy did not respond exactly as the pictures indicate but my child still loves pressing the face to make it light up and sing. It also shuts off if not using it for a while which is nice to save battery life and not activate by itself in the middle of the night. It is best for small children (4-7) because of the limited size of the strap for use as both purse or fanny pack.
