A: Your best bet is to replace with the Pursonic RBH-FR8 brush heads. They are specifically made for this unit. Other brands may not fit or function properly. Thank you

I liked this toothbrush until it quit working after 5 months. They put a pamphlet in the box saying there is a 1 year warranty and it's a lie. I called Pursonic and they said email the receipt, and they can help me with it. I did so before the year warranty was up, and called back and they said they can't honor the warranty because I bought it through Target. I even see they reply to reviews promising to do their best to replace the product to make customers happy. It's not true. I would have tried this toothbrush again had their customer service not been so useles, and sent me a replacement or something. Not happy.

Sorry you were not happy and for the inconvenience caused,I personally answered your customer care call yesterday.You requested a refund for merchandise purchased from Target.We were unable to do that because it was not purchased from us.But as stated, if you send us back the handle with a copy of the receipt we will gladly exchange it for you.The return address is on the warranty.We do honor our warranty. Do not buy this item. The brushheads do not stay on the mount. It stopped working after a week.

While it worked I was happy, but it doesn’t last long. My husband’s died at around a year and mine died around 1.5 years.

So far so good. I have had and been using this toothbrush for about a month and I like how it cleans. It brushes for two minutes and of course if you need to go longer, you turn it back on. I haven't witnessed the auto-alert that notifies you when you have been brushing the same area for too long. I guess because I brush correctly lol.
It does hold a charge for days so you don't need to charge daily. My only issue is that you can't apply more pressure for a harder clean. The toothbrush will stop until until you release the pressure. That is fine for me because I still manually brush so if I want the harder, more thorough clean, I will do it by hand.
