No missing parts, everything works well. Any damage is so minimal that it adds to the patina. The bummer is that the lock hole is so tiny that none of my locked will fit, I should be able to fix this. The only complaint is that all three lions heads are crooked, almost tilted 20 degrees, very disappointed. Acceptable to a six year old, I guess.

Very nice, my son loved it. It looks like a real pirate chest and it is well built.
