This toothbrush, though inexpensive, is not worth it. I bought both my husband and I one and each of them lasted maybe 3 months. The refill heads are hard to get one and off cause them to crack. The battery does not last long. And now they just flat out don’t function. I would not recommend this product.

I bought this back in Oct ‘24 and it was great up until the battery died a couple of weeks back because once I replaced the battery, it hasn’t operated the same. It turns on randomly and when I try to brush my teeth with it and want it to work, it won’t. It may turn on for a few seconds then turns off again… I figured out that it’s the internal clip that’s supposed to hold the battery in place isn’t “clipping” back securely no matter how hard I try to do so. Please do better and correct that issue Quip. It’s disappointing to have such a decent toothbrush end up becoming one-time use after the initial battery dies.

Don’t purchase!!! Listen to the reviews. Not worth the risk. Stops working after the first week or two. Changing the battery does not solve the problem. Basically $20 for a manual toothbrush, put your money elsewhere.

My fiancé and I switched to Quip about two years ago. We both had to buy new quips, buying about one a year, because they do not last. Something always goes wrong with the motor, where eventually it won’t matter if you have a new battery or not it will not work. We liked the brand, but once our current ones stop working- we’re not rebuying.

Stopped working after just a few uses. Tried changing the battery - this fixed it briefly, then it stopped working again. I tried reaching out to Quip to resolve the issue and found myself in an endless loop of automated responses with no option to speak to a real person about the problem. I will not be purchasing from this company again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

I got this because it had the soft bristles and it had the timer and travel case. And it was budget friendly. Boy was I wrong. You have to push the button so hard and in the right spot. It shouldn't be this difficult to turn on my brush. Very disappointed and hate I wasted money on this.

I've owned two of these and both have broken in the same way. Where the white head meets the colored body, there's a thin piece of internal plastic that cracks from the brush head pushing against your teeth. Once it's cracked, you can't brush any more.

Compete gimmick. Vibration is weak, brush head is flat and doesn’t clean well. Additionally, the vibration doesn’t always work. Probably one of the more regrettable purchases I’ve made in the past few years. Fortunately, it’s not expensive. Just buy a nice regular toothbrush.

For an electric toothbrush there is not a lot of power. It barely vibrates, let alone vibrate enough to really clean your teeth more than your manual brushing.
