Purchased on November 2, 2025. The last week it seemed like the battery was getting low. It’s supposed to be a 90 day battery life. Yesterday, it stopped working. I tried replacing the battery today, December 22, 2025 and it still does not work. Don’t waste your money!

Tooth brush did not even last 2 months before it stopped working. I tried relaxing batteries and the head and it made no difference. It looks like a lot of people have the same issue. Avoid at all costs

breaks down quickly
This toothbrush becomes super unreliable quickly. I'm not sure if water is getting in or the battery space isn't snug enough to hold it in place, but I repurchased this toothbrush when it basically stopped working after about 6 months (replacing the battery and/or brush head didn't help) and it happened all over again with my new one. Was nice when it worked, but not worth the hassle.

Definitely not worth the money. I absolutely love my rechargeable full size Phillips Sonicare toothbrush, but this travel operated one is not worth spending more money. It does not feel like the toothbrush is cleaning your teeth at all, and it moves so slow that you might as well just manually brush your teeth. Either buy a second regular electric toothbrush or a soft bristle manual tooth brush, don’t waste your money on this one.

Worked Until We Had to Change the Battery, Then NEver Worked Again
xvgsdgjhkadsgjkhdskgjds Toothbrush worked until we had to change the battery, never worked again afterwards. I switched to Philips after having a similar problem with Quip toothbrushes and was hoping they'd be better. Disappointed and am two weeks past the return window...do not recommend.

We bought the Philips One Battery Operated toothbrush and it worked for maybe a few days, tops a week. This is our 3rd one. The last one lasted about a year at most. We are switching to Quip, hopefully it works better. I'll see if I can return, we threw out packaging after a day of use because we didn't think it would fail this soon.

I bought this as a travel toothbrush thinking it would work as well as the rechargeable sonic care I use at home. It did not leave my teeth feeling clean at all. The bristles on the brush head it comes with are way too soft to be effective. Don’t buy it.
