However, becuase it has less sugar it is really tart and very difficult to drink on its own. I found the best way to drink it was as a punch cocktail, mixing it with either a soda like Sprite or 7-up.

The only ingredients are organic cranberry juice concentrate and water. Because it is watered down, it is more drinkable than 100% cranberry. It is still better mixed with another juice though, because even watered down cranberry does not taste great on its own, although it at least is drinkable. It is a bit misleading to call it lower sugar, since it only has less sugar because it is watered down juice with nothing added.

Not having sugar is something we prefer since we are getting older. If you like your juice to be really sweet, I would recommend something else, or adding a little stevia to this one. This juice has been perfect for us and our kids since we prefer they don’t have a ton of sugar. They enjoy it and haven’t complained at all, which they usually do about anything sugar-free. Unlike most sugar free items, this one doesn’t seem to have that aftertaste associated with artificial sweeteners. That’s a big benefit for us.
