This sandwich cookie mixture is absolutely delicious. It was easy to follow the instructions,with 2 separate bowls,one for the cookie dough,the other the whipping cream. The combination of both ingredients were delicious. The cookie was soft and delicious.

These were so much fun! My son and nephew loved making them and eating them was obviously their favorite part! I love that you can make cookie sandwiches or just make them separate too! Having options is always great with picky little ones!

These cookies were easy to make and it was straight forward directions. The cookie mix was simple to blend with the egg and melted butter and worked well to make balls. It says to make 10, but I think I could have made them a little smaller and got about 12-15 out of this. I recommend pressing down on the dough so they come out a bit flatter. The frosting had a good sweetness and flavor and the texture was enjoyable. I have so much leftover though. I learned quickly that I needed to let the cookies fully cool before putting on the frosting as it melted pretty good in the first sandwich cookie. Overall a great option for simple cookie baking.

Just finished making these fun cookie sandwiches. Funfetti cookie with a whip cream filling. Next time I make them I will make 10 cookies instead of 5. They were a little too big. The size of a macaroon would be perfect. Plenty of filling.

The Rainbow Cookie Sandwich Baking Kit comes with a rainbow cookie mix and color changing filling mix. To make the cookies one egg is needed, 4 Tablespoons of melted margarine, to prepare the filling 1 1/2 c heavy whipping cream is needed. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray large cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Stir cookie mix in 1/4 tablespoons margarine and 1 egg in large bowl until blended using hands to assist dough in coming together. Portion dough into 10 equal pieces and roll into balls. Assembly on cookie sheet 2 inches apart Bake 12-14 minutes until set . Cool one minute. Then remove to wire rack to cool completely. Beat filling mix 1 1/4 heavy whipping cream on low until combined. Beat on high 3-5 minutes or until fluffy. Spoon desired amount of filling onto bottoms of 5 cookies . Top with remaining cookies. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Was skeptical of the quality of this before trying. I usually buy the big name brands but this caught my eye. Directions are very simple and easy to follow. I had to make a special trip to get some heavy cream as I didn't have that at home. Would definitely buy again.

This is a fun little cookie mix. It comes with two packages in the box of product, one makes the cookies and one makes the filling. You add your own butter, eggs and cream. It's easy and super tasty. You can make flat cookies with frosting, or sandwiches. Yum!

The cookies are pretty good, but I'd skip the frosting next time. It should be a buttercream frosting rather that a whipped cream. I would choose a different product in the future because of that, but it was fun a fun project for my son and I to do in the kitchen. Straightforward and not fiddly. We had fun! I like that its a small mix and only makes a total of ten cookies. For a family of three, that's perfect.

These are delicious but you will have way more filling than needed. Also, instead of 5 sandwich cookies, I made 10 cookies with generous filling on top.
