Not as Advertised- Sarong does not fit doll

My daughter purchased this today. It advertises on the box that the sarong it comes with can be styled 10 ways. Upon opening the box and attempting the first 5 styles, it is clear that the size of the sarong makes it absolutely impossible to achieve any of the advertised styles. There is not enough fabric to accomplish tying the fabric as shown, there are no snaps or hooks to substitute for the tying that is instructed, they even could have added small ribbons to tie with. It's not possible for a dexterous adult or child. This is massively disappointing as it makes the main feature of the doll useless, and you also don't know this until it has been opened all the way and is not returnable. It's also disappointing that the company couldn't spare an extra 1/4 of an inch of fabric to make sure children can use the doll. I gave it 2 stars because the doll its self and its other accessories are as expecting, but the sarong was false advertising or lazy manufacturing.

This doll is cute, but the little piece of material you get is too small to do anything with! It was disappointing for my daughter.

The doll was in cute and catchy packaging and came with quite a few accessories, so I was excited about that! My niece said she loves her purple hair and purple tail! She wishes her skin was purple, but she’s also 4…. She played with her as a mermaid and swim doll in the bath and carried her around the first few days everywhere with her! Definitely a cute doll to add to her collection and she seemed to have a blast playing with her! I received this product in exchange for my (and my nieces) honest review!

She is a fun bath time toy, she fits right in by the pool, and she is so stylish that she is a fun any time toy! I love her hair, the colors are fun and vibrant, I like the different highlights she has! Her accessories are a lot of fun too! One thing that is unique is she comes with a sarong and a style guide that shows you 9 different ways for her to wear it. What a clever idea! My daughter loves this doll and would recommend it!

I took a star because I hate doll packaging, a kid can't open it on their own. I know all dolls are packaged this way, but I don't get it. Why is the hair always hooked in so that you have to cut the plastic but watch out for the hair?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Rainbow High Swim & Style doll is very cute/pretty. She has very nice hair! This doll is the first my child has been able to put in a ponytail by herself. The hair also stays soft and manageable. I do not like the clothes options. The swimsuit she comes in seems cheap and fits poorly. The piece of cloth she came with that is supposed to be used and different style dresses/coverups is very complicated. It shows several ways to style it but we could maybe make one work and actually look decent. Overall this doll is a good option for a bit older of a kid that still likes dolls. It was fun to receive as an incentivized product and we have had fun with it.

This doll is definitely geared more towards 6-8 year old fashionistas. Being the swimsuit version of this doll, I thought she could be played with underwater, but haven’t allowed that because I don’t want my daughter to mess up her pretty hair. Overall, she’s quite stylish and great for playing pretend as young girls do.

Not too many other ways that you can fashion doll. It's almost likely just getting other clothes for it. Fun vacation surprise .

In her words, she likes the fact it has purple hair, her eyelashes look and feel real and she had pretty eyes. The towel that it comes with works as a cover up as well. The only downside we found was the towel could be a little longer as it was hard to put on her as a full cover up

She comes with a towel, a bag, high heeled shoes, and sunglasses for accessories. The shoes were a bit hard to put on, but at least they will stay on. Her eyes are beautiful and shiny. Her eyelashes are real, not drawn on. Her bathing suit is a one piece with a side slit cut out. She is very fashionable! Highly recommend this doll!

The minute she opened the box she screamed and laughed played with it all day and she took it to her bed with her! It comes with cute accessories that made playing more fun ! Definitely recommend it!
