I absolutely love the raw sugar shampoo and conditioner, this one and the one for volume.

Love this brand and this is one of my favorite of their lines.

I used to love the old formula, old one is on the right, new on the left. It smells chemically now :(

This product dried out my scalp and gave me HUGE flakes. I have never had a dry scalp or dandruff problem once in my life. When I started using this it absolutely ruined the skin on my scalp. Buyer beware.

HAIR LOSS WARNING: This product was the culprit to sudden hair loss. It was the only product it was using for months and the hair loss online started when I started using this item. Beware.

I didn’t get to use enough of this bottle to see its long-term results because it was so hard to use. I’m a young adult with no hand mobility issues and I had to brace the bottle against a wall to get the product out. The scent was fine, but a bit strong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product smells great! It has a thick consistency and you don't need a lot to moisturize your hair even for long hair which mine is. I used a lot first time and it moisturized my super dry color tested hair more than a lot of products I've tried. My hair is very soft afterward and the softness lasts several days. I definitely recommend this product.

This conditioner is so silky and smells so good. It works through my hair evenly and I don't feel like I need to try to coat every strand because it's so thick and just sort of gets to every hair I put it on. It doesn't leave hair sticky or weighed down, but it's almost as good as the deep conditioner I use from the same company. I absolutely adore the smell of it. Highly highly highly recommend.

Left my hair feeling very coarse and dry. When lathering it feels like its going to be soft, but it over suds and strips the natural oils. Smells good but that’s about it.

I used this with the Volume Shampoo sold by Raw Sugar for about two weeks and it irritated my scalp, dried my hair out, and I experienced significant hair thinning and shedding. It took nearly a month for my scalp to recover and I can’t get back the hair I lost. I still have days where my scalp flares up and that was never something I dealt with before. After reading reviews, I tried just using the conditioner since maybe the shampoo was the culprit. This conditioner did not soften my hair, just left it dry and limp. I finally tossed the conditioner as well, and would not recommend this brand at all.

Worst product ever, dry my hair big time.

This is not a great product for thick, wavy hair. Smells nice. But the most infuriating thing is that it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get anything out of the bottle. I store it upside down and have to sometimes use two hands to squeeze some out of the bottle. This was an issue from the get-go, when the bottle was full. I’m tossing the rest, it’s not worth the hassle.

Smells amazing. I get so many compliments how my hair smells after I use this. I pair it with the Tea tree, charcoal sugar raw shampoo and my hair looks so healthy and clean. Great value for the price.

Beware this conditioner made smoke like fumes on my daughters hair and she is now experiencing hair loss!

I never leave reviews on anything I buy, but I'm writing here to help people stay away from this product. the good reviews MUST be fake. there's no way this product works even on the most naturally soft and fine hair (I have thick coarse hair) i bought both the shampoo and conditioner. the shampoo seemed fine to me I guess. just standard. however I'm starting to question even that because of how terrible the conditioner is. the product does not absorb into your hair. it does not at all add any moisture whatsoever to your hair. it's literally like wax coating the outside of your hair when you apply it. I have never ever used a conditioner as bad as this one. even the cheapest, poorest quality conditioner has worked better than this product. if my hair isn't getting any moisture from this conditioner when wet, you can imagine how it feels when dry. not even a hair mask or leave in conditioner can help it. I have seen many people on here say it is making their hair fall out. and although I normally lose a lot of hair when I wash it (because I only wash once a week) I have obviously been losing more and now know it's connected to this product. furthermore i know the shampoo is equally as bad and is absolutely contributing to more hair falling out than usual. STAY AWAY!
