The orange side is made of our best-selling Miracle Complexion Sponge material to effortlessly blend liquid or cream formulas. Both sides of the makeup puff are best used dry. Our patented 2-point precision shape is expertly angled to reach all areas of the face- like under the eyes and around the nose. The reversible elastic band makes using both sides mess-free and gives you maximum control, and the squishy silicone insert gives the puff a luxe bounce for ultimate application. Our face puff can be spot cleaned using warm water and a drop of our Real Techniques Brush + Sponge Cleansing Gel, but it is recommended to replace every 30 days if you use the sponge side frequently. This makes it good for overall face application, but harder personally for under the eye. This sponge is dual sided which makes it a great multi use tool. I could see this being handy when in a rush or even on the go. The sponge side blends nicely too just like a normal face sponge would. Lastly, it is slightly heavier than your average powder puff but it’s incredibly soft and smooth on both sides.

It’s literally like a beauty blender and powder puff in one. I found tapping my foundation in with the cream side more effective than rubbing it in. And it gets into all the little creases of my nose and under eyes perfectly when using the other side for setting powder. The finish looked very natural and not cakey. I’m happy to have this tool to use in my makeup routine!

I wasn’t quite sure which end of which side to use so I wouldn’t get product on my hand, but eventually I didn’t use the band and that helped. I like the fiber side for powder a lot for blending, the silicone/sponge side was okay for my cream bronzer.

As someone who has stayed to tried and true fingers and brushes to apply makeup and hasn’t transitioned into the world of sponges and beauty blenders, this is a nice in between option. It’s nice to be able to just flip it over for a slightly different effect during application. The sponge side is also SO soft way softer than any blender I’ve ever tried. The strap is also nice to hold onto for grip but does get a bit in the way when using that side. It’s super compact for a travel makeup bag too. Would recommend!

First off, there is a funky smell, probably from the sponge side, I will more than likely go away after use but that was the first thing I noticed. The soft side applied the powder nicely under my eyes but it was difficult to do the rest of my face due to the shape of the puff and shape of my powder lid. The sponge side was worthless for me, it’s sucked up all the product, not much was left over. I had to use double the amount I normally use. I personally did not like the texture of the whole puff. The soft side is like a micro fiber and the sponge is just weird. I don’t do well with textures.
