[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really dense, soft brush that makes contouring really easy. I love the softness of the brush bristles, so I can really blend out the color. The shape of the brush is great to shape the face.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I havent always found myself reaching for this when doing my contour I do really enjoy it as a foundation brush. It blends wonderfully and leaves me with a good finish and no streaks. I also really liked using it for body makeup as well and applying self tanner to my hands and neck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been loving this snatch+sculpt contour brush. I like that the bristles are short and dense, because it gives me better control of where I am placing my bronzer. Then I just use the flat part of the brush to blend it in. Sometimes I will also use the edge of the brush, if I want a thinner, more defined line of bronzer placement. Another way I like to use this brush is with my tinted moisturizer. I am able to blend it in with just this brush. Again I think because it gives me better control, since the bristles are short and dense. Definitely a good brush and it's bristles are soft too.

So this is my second Real Techniques brush. I am not a brush snob, or so I didn’t think so. I was excited for this brush today. But now looking at before using it, the bristles are glued down funny, the paint on the ferrule is damaged. The brush leaves something to be desired. It looks like got it at the dollar store. My other brush has defects I overlooked since I needed a new contouring brush. Anyhow, I know it’s not a $30-50 brush, but I care and keep my brushes for years. This looks like it will be in a landfill soon. Not always does the cost reflect the quality, like in this case. Not worth the $9. I will be returning. No more RT for me anymore.
An amazing brush for foundation and countering.

The brush gave me such a natural look which is what I usually go for. I did use it another time for countering too to try it out and also did a great job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great brush for contour! It give a great line for just under your cheekbones and under the jaw line. The bristles are relatively short and dense but you can still use it to blend out the edges to help your contour blend in. I can even use the edge to hit under the center of my bottom lip;).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As with other RT brushes I own, this is a nice addition to the collection. The oval shape allows for a targeted application of cream and powder bronzing and contouring products. The fibers are soft; yet densely packed. The handle is substantial but not too heavy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brush is a game changer in my makeup routine. The bristles are firm yet not stiff. I love this brush because it picks up powders perfectly and I can apply and touch up any area's that need my attention without fear of pigments falling awry and ruining my finished look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own the original RT contour brush. I really like this incarnation. I love how much larger it is. The bristles are super soft and smooth and prevent harsh lines, making blending a breeze. The handle color matches my other brushes perfectly. This is a great addition to my other makeup brush line up. Perfect for contouring and highlighting. A great duo brush!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought many Real Techniques brushes over the past decade. However this is now the Contour brush we have been waiting for over the years. It has the perfect length, not too long and bulky. The cheek contour is perfect for applying highlighting powder and cheek blush.

This 261 Snatch + Sculpt Brush is a Game Changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been practicing with the Real Techniques 261 Snatch + Sculpt brush for a little over a week and it can be a game changer. I have always said I'd choose blush over bronzer if the choice had to be made but I think it was mostly because of familiarity and being told "Contouring is difficult and takes lots of time..." So it can and it can be but it doesnt have to be with the right products. This brush has a design unlike any I've seen and it somehow allows for precise application and blending in one, to create a more lifted look; especially with the cheeks. The brush has a larger, oval shaped head than most in our collections which makes "precision" seem like an odd adjective but it is precise when applying product (cream, liquid or powder) using the flat top of the brush. The fibers are packed tightly but the vegan material is soft and flexible. The fibers will grab the product for you and in my experience, when I dipped the brush in product more than once per cheek it ended up being too much. The key is similar to the Power Blush brush in applying then slightly turning the brush to blend holding at an angle. The difference in the two (aside from shape, purpose etc) is I found a better, more natural look with the 261 brush when using a sweeping motion to apply bronzer just under my cheekbones instead of stamping or stippling it like I do using the blush brush. Blending is crucial but will be different for everyone's own preferences. The brush can be quickly cleaned with the spray style cleaner but since the design packs prduct along the fibers, I'd recommend fully cleaning it at least every other use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great brush for getting an effortless blend when you need a quick and easy morning routine. I used it to blend a bronzer and got a nice diffused effect. I'd use another brush for a more precise contour but this worked wonderfully for a beautiful glow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so impressed with this brush. The firmness and shape are perfect for precise contouring and yet the bristles are soft enough to blend out for a sculpted look. But I am most impressed by how foolproof it is. It did not remove my dewy foundation you almost can't press too hard. Very beginner friendly.
