Q: Can I use this for hot drinks as well?

A: While the mugs are interchangeable...the lid that COMES with a Cold1 mug is made specifically for cold beverages and not hot beverages. If a Hot1 lid is purchased, it will fit a 24 oz Cold1 mug.

A: The lid for a 24 oz Cold1 is NOT screw on. It pushes on and pulls off.

Q: Is the lid dishwasher safe?

A: Thank you for your question! To maximize the life, look, and performance, we recommend our products be hand-washed. However, most of our items are dishwasher safe. Please refer to the printed dishwasher guidelines on the bottom of the product itself for more information! Moreover, we would recommend running the dishwasher in a lower temperature setting. Also, we do not recommend any powder detergent, as it can sometimes act like sandblasting before it dissolves in the dishwasher. Every dishwasher runs at different temperatures, so it is difficult to know exactly what it is about the dishwashing that is causing this.

Q: is it a spillproof straw hole?

A: Our Cold1 mugs are not made to be spill or leak-proof. The straw hole on the tumblers and vent slider on the mugs are designed to vent. For this reason, if they are knocked over or placed inside a bag or somewhere that moves, the contents can slowly come out. So sorry for that!

I can answer the question - "Why the handle on certain models ?" For me, they are easier to hold with my size 4 , arthritic hands, although the cold mug handles are more comfortable than the hot mugs. Thanks, Reduce!

I got a Cold 1 cup as a gift years ago and it instantly became my favorite cup! Then I bought myself another one in a different color and have been really liking that one too! Both of my Cold 1 cups have no handles. I went on the Reduce website to shop around because I wanted to see what new colors the Cold 1 cups are available in. I really like the new colors, they're beautiful! But the problem is, I don't want to buy a cup with a handle. There are a million brands out there selling cups with handles, and that's not what I'm looking for in a cup. Please bring the option to buy Cold 1 drinkware with no handles/removable handles, I really would like to buy from Reduce again! It's such a good brand, the quality of the products has always been good.

I've been using the reduce Thermal tumblers for years. I love them! They're fabulous for keeping things cold, offer different ways of drinking my beverages etc. Last year I searched for a new ones to give to a friend for her beach house. but had trouble finding ones like I had. The new ones had handles which I assumed were removable. Today I purchased some new ones for myself with the handles and they are permanently attached!!!! How crazy is that! They're harder to store and take up more space in the dishwasher! Not to mention I don't want the handle! They are bulky and in the way. Do better! Make it removable or offer ones with the handles!

i bought ur product abt five years ago. it was perfect. it lasted beautifully throughout all. this thing fell of my car atleast 25 times. scratched yes the the plastic metal rubber all of it stayed intact. i loved my reduce bottle. i couldn't go anywhere without it. i'm so serious when i say i treated that thing like a child on my hip. it solved my problem with dehydration never had cracked lips again. fit in every cupholder. would barley budge at the shove of a table or standing surface. wonderful bottle. one day i lost it. my blue and white 24ish (i don't exactly remember how many ounces) once reduce bottle gone. i put up missing posters i asked friends i searched everywhere for things thing. but it was gone. maybe someone else is enjoying it. but i needed another one. i went to kroger where i got it the one i got wasn't there. they hand handles. no. please why. why did you have to add handles why cant you sell some without handles? idk HOW many stanley's have been sold why did YOU have to add handles. plastic bulky annoying handles. i wish they were atleast able to come off but no those handles are stuck in there. i don't want it 😭😭 no companies water bottles compare especially for the price i love this bottle but why. WHYYYYY💔💔💔. i've been thinking abt getting one and burning/cutting of the handle then melting/sanding it after to make it smooth. that's how bad i want this thing without a handle. PLS MAKE RHE HANDLES OPTIONAL IM BEGGIBG YOU. NO OTHER WATER BOTTLE WILL BE THE SAME. (also the straw didn't break till three years later of rough every day use so good job on that)

I have 6 of these and 2 of the hot mugs. I love the width of the straws which are easy to drink my smoothies through The cups themselves keep my ice in the water for more than 24 hours - spectacular! and overall this is an easy size to hold and fits great in my car cupholder.

This is my fav so far! I use it When I’m home or running a quick errand!! It’s convenient for on the go and super cute! It is small but this is best for when you’re home or going out for a couple hours. I’ve washed this over 10x by hand and it still looks brand new . Also, Depending on your drink..it does keep its temperature. So, if your drink is cold, it stays cold all day! If your drink is hot or warm, it stays hot or warm. I love it! get it!

Cute! My 9 year old takes it to school. Does leak as it has a regular straw but there’s an option to remove the straw & sip from it which I like a lot. Still not leak proof without the straw in it but daughter still loves it. It fits into her backpack nicely & she hasn’t had any issues with it thus far

I have purchased 2 of these and totally love them. They keep ice for at least 30 hours. I work 12 hour shifts and never have a problem with my water staying cold.

I love these cups!! The attached handle & size drew meBut I loved it so much I got another. At the moment I use one for hotAnd one for cold. They do fit in my car cup holders & my parents Car and my husband's car. The grippy bottom is awesome on surfaces. I'll be getting more as soon as the colors restock.
