There is a nice pop up trimmer that leaves hair just above skin level. No pulling hair while using but could cuts a bit closer than it does.

However, it does tug quite a bit on hair, which is not a pleasant feeling. Also, it doesn't tell you once it is fully charged. The instructions state to just wait 10 hours after being plugged in, which is crazy. Lastly, like most companies these days, the cheap route was taken by just including a USB charging cable with no block or better yet no power supply adapter. Overall, it's OK for the price but I don't expect it to last long.
