As a fiber supplement, it works well. It mixes clear and is tasteless; I’ve tried it in both hot beverages and cold, even just in water- and it’s truly tasteless and not grainy. The directions advise that you drink it with a full 8oz of water and I would encourage you to drink way more- I feel like this fiber sucks all the moisture out of my body! My lips are dry, the eye doctor commented that my eyes were dry, my urine is darker, and I was getting headaches- and I drink a lot of water daily! Just a heads up to anyone who might not be good at daily water consumption or maybe has medical issues around hydration.

The reason I think this is a really great product is because it's Non-GMO, which is important to me. Plus, it seems to be working wonders for my digestive system. I compared all of the other dissolvable fibers to this product in my area at every grocery store. This has the most fiber per serving, and it is so versatile. I love this product! I wish it were sold in sticks so I could take this to-go if I was traveling or could throw a few in my purse. Dissolves quickly and I can mix it in any drink.
