In just 2 days this trap has caught seven yellow jackets. It's doing a better job than the exterminators. I've called the exterminator out twice, they we're supposed to have come out with a bee suit to find the hive in my front yard. Both times they did not bring a bee suit and just sprayed from their vehicle. I should have just bought this in the first place.

I bought this and the W.H.Y. traps. I had high hopes that these would work as described. They haven't. Both traps have been up for two weeks according to the directions and have been a disappointment. The yellow jacket trap caught one. The W.H.Y. trap caught two. I intended to buy more attractant to refresh the traps, but now I won't. I have to find a different product that works.

I purchased this in August with great expectations after watching the videos. I hung it up as required placed all the stuff inside as required. I waited for three days. I finally got one yellow jacket in one container and then I waited another day after putting a whole pack of attractant in one container, and I got one more yellow jacket in the other. It’s been a week or two since then and I haven’t gotten one more yellow jacket. Am I doing something wrong?

I'm feeding about 18 feral cats in my backyard (I've had almost all of them spayed/neutered). Recently my yard (mainly cat food feeders) was swarmed with yellow jackets. I tried the disposible traps, they are only partly effective. I bought the reusable traps. NOTHING would feed in them. I added cat kibble to the bait station. The traps are now filling up. I don't know what the provided bait it except useless. I like the traps and will continue to use them; I will just provide my own bait.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this trap is easy to put together, it is not very good looking. Also, it did not catch any yellowjackets. I even tried putting in different locations and used it for a long time with no results.

Had a large influx of hornets after Hurricane Ian. Set two traps up; one was pheromone wick type, other was water based type. Absolutely slaughtered them and only seeing a few stragglers here and there. Photo shows partial body count. Have an extra wick in reserve!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I held off using this for a little while until I saw yellow jackets again in our yard (they come every year) and overall this year had been a pretty mild season for them. That said, I did eventually use the trap on the few that I came across while mowing. The trap seemed pretty effective considering the lower population of them I have seen this year and I have so far avoided getting stung (*knock on wood*). I will definitely use this again and hopefully it is just as effective when the population is in full force!

I purchased this trap four weeks ago and set it up per the directions. Zero yellow jackets in the trap, yet plenty of yellow jackets nearby, including on the hummingbird feeders. I wanted this trap to work, unfortunately a failure for me.

We have placed at least 300 of these around Fairchild AFB for years. They are extremely good for catching yellow jackets out foraging. People enjoy watching them fill up. We use the 10-week bait which works very well at attracting yellow jackets. Keep up the good work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the idea of this product and wanted it to work, but it simply didn't. The trap caught two yellowjackets and there were/are many, many more than that in the area it was placed. So I rate it as ineffective and not worth the time, cost or trouble.

I hung one of these in a tree as we are having a big problem with yellow jackets. I hung it in the later morning and by the next morning at 7 am the trap was FULL of yellow jackets! I am totally amazed and infinitely happy!! I went out and bought 7 more (we have a very large yard). Thank you so much!!

For years we have always had bee/wasp problems. My wife shows me an add for rescue traps and I don't pay it no mind. She buys a few and I am amazed on how much it reduces the bee traffic on our back and front porches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Reusable Yellowjacket Trap is a good idea if you have tons of yellowjackets, which we do. My issue is that this does trap bees as well and with the bee population dying down I couldn't, with a good conscious continue to use this trap. Granted it's well made and sturdy and definitely does what it needs to I'll live with the yellowjackets to save the bees.
