i love chai i make my own and i try a lot of different kinds this one is more chll its not as spicy. if you add more of it it kind of just gets more sweet i feel like i can just drink it concentrated honestly. i like a bold spicy chai if you want something thats 'not too strong' you might like this BUT IF YOU ARE A CHAI PERSON: 1.make your own or 2.Say When(formerly The Chai Company) 3.Tazo

This is way too sweet and only tastes like cinnamon. All the other flavors are just blasted by the overwhelming sweetness and cinnamon. Deeply disappointed. Even when done at double the milk as directed it is undrinkable, not any taste of tea at all.

If you're lazy to make Chai the real way, just get this. Taste a lot better than tazo Chai. It's has more cinnamon taste and is paired really nice with califia almond milk for those who are lactose intolerant. Pricey but it gets the job done when you're craving Chai and don't want to spend $6 for just one cup at a cafe

I'm kind of addicted now! It's mildly spicy, but you can make it more or less spicy depending on how you dilute it. I've been doing about 1:1 with almond milk. It's sweet, but not overly sweet the way some chai concentrates are. The only issue I had was ordering it online- I ordered 4, and 2 of them were busted open when they arrived and leaking. In the future, I'm going to stick to pick up orders instead.

It's delicious, but took a couple cups to appreciate. It's very much a *tumeric herbal tea*, so its more like a Golden Milk with some flavors you'd expect in a Masala chai. If that sounds delicious, you'll like this. 4 Stars because it wasnt what I was expecting and not quite a five star flavor. Really good though as expected from Rishi

Typically I have no issues with turmeric but a small cup of this drink (mixed with soy milk) messed up my taste buds for days! Awful metallic aftertaste, wouldn’t go away with teeth brushing or any other food. Pretty sure I’m a rare case but be forewarned if it happens to you, it’s normal. Unfortunately I will not be rebuying this.

this tea is wildly expensive, which is fine, if taste's good. I got FIFTY bags of a certain flavor and it tasted awful..... the company would not exchange them for me, even though my family has already placed 4 orders with them in the last month..... not good customer service and we will NOT order form them anymore......

with a name like “rishi’s masala chai”, i was expecting a more traditional flavor. tastes like starbucks tazo chai but more expensive.
