[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a fun game, however takes a bit of time to understand all the rules and cards. We had fun playing this on our party night and everyone had a good time. My niece (12 year old) loves card games and it quickly became her favorite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Anyone who likes Risk will like this game. It is great to take along when you are travelling. Everyone in my family likes this game and we all had fun playing it on game night. This is a faster version of the traditional board game which makes it great for busy nights when not everyone has a lot of time. It is one of my favorite games.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have always heard about the game, Risk and I was super excited to learn how to play. We are still in the process of learning the game because the directions are a bit longer and the game seems a bit confusing, but we are not giving up. I can’t wait to understand it and play.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This card game version of Risk is a lot of fun, and a great substitute for the full game, if you don’t have the time to play that one. Set up is easy, instructions are clear, and the game moves quickly. It’s really enjoyable.

Smaller Risk Game

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the smaller and quicker version of Risk. I have awesome memories of playing the original Risk Game as a child and was happy to introduce this game to my sons. It was easy to learn and does truly take about 20 minutes to play. Both my sons enjoyed playing. It's a nice little card and dice game to have around. This game will definitely go with us in our camper for game nights.

Fun and quick game

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nicely made game. Perfect for travel. I like the gold embossed box and how nice the cards and tokens look. One negative: the print on the black tactics cards is hard to read. The rules were difficult to understand for me, but I've never played risk before. Eventually I had fun. Maybe better for groups of 4 than 2.

All the Fun of Risk, but Not the Time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A quick and less-space-needed version of the full game. My 13 and 14 yo's enjoyed playing it, even though they don't usually want to play the full one because it's complicated (to them) and takes so long. We've played it twice now, and even though there is certainly some luck in playing, there's still also strategy. I'm thinking of putting this in our camping box since it won't take up much space and will liven up card night out in the woods. Replay value is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice to see a game that isn’t that long. It is supposed to be around 20 minutes game. I’m a little slow in learning new games so the learning curve for me is high on this one. How ever once one gets used to it, it becomes easier engaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a child I never had family game night , now that I am the boss of the family we have game night! I never played the original version of this game so it was all new to me. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand once I started to figure out things. It took us a few times to play the game to fully understand it. Once we got it , we loved it! I would say it was less than 30 minutes a game. My kids are 13 and 11 they picked it up quickly as well. I do love how small the game box is , it makes it easy to grab for travel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start by saying we do not play normal Risk so maybe that was a bad place to begin. We had a really hard time understanding the game and how to play. This lead us to sort of loose interest. We may try again but it was a rough start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t really play the original Risk game but you don’t need to to enjoy this game. It takes a time or two to figure out the rules and such but the instructions are super clear and easy to follow. The box is absolutely GORGEOUS! I would buy it again just for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids are now preteens and no longer as interested in family game nights. This new Risk game kept them entertained. It is fast paced and exciting. It wasn’t too difficult to play or follow along. They enjoyed themselves and so did my husband and I.

Very engaging game

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first few times we played, it was a bit confusing, and we frequently referred to the instructions. However, once we got the hang of it, the game became truly enjoyable and engaging. I'm grateful for the many examples provided in the instructions, which greatly helped us grasp the game's rules. It's a strategy-based war game where players can choose to attack or ally, sabotage, cancel moves, spy, and even select battles, among other actions. To win, you need to control at least two continents. If you're a fan of the original Risk board game, you'll definitely love this version. The game is also of high quality, boasting a beautifully designed box and very detailed pieces. Usually, it takes us more than 20 minutes to play one game, but it depends on how many people play and what strategy they use to win.
