Ritual Omega 3 and Fish Oil Capsule - 30ct

As a vegan I wanted a natural omega supplement, I started taking the Ritual brand about 10 months ago. I had been feeling arthritis creeping in the knees and suffered from leg cramps .. these omegas have taken this all away ! It took me about 2 bottles in to feel the full effect but I couldnt be happier, Ritual is a high quality company and I recommend them highly to all my friends! ( the protein powde is fab too ! )

The only flavor you taste is lemon, which is awesome for this type of vitamin. I also like how the packaging says minimal burp back, it just makes me laugh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been looking for an Omega-3 derived from algae instead of fish (direct source as the fish get it from the algae). Easy to swallow but the lemon scent is so potent, it’s obnoxious and I could really do without it (too overwhelming). This wouldn’t necessarily prevent me from purchasing but maybe it would be better if it had an orange, subtle taste/scent.

I’ve known supplementing with fatty acids was important, but I’ve always hated the gigantic liquid gels you normally have to fight to swallow to get the benefits. Because of this, my initial zeal for a fresh bottle of omegas always fizzles out, and I just avoid taking them. Now with this version from Ritual, there is regular sized capsule that you take once a day for maximum benefits. A game changer! The capsule has a mild lemony essence due to the lemon oil inside, and it is easy and pleasant to swallow. I suffer from pretty bad acid reflux, so if I don’t take it with food, I will experience some subtle fishy burps…but when taken with food it’s completely avoided. The burps don’t bother me, but in a perfect world, I do wish these had a higher concentration of EPA as it’s been shown to improve anxiety and mood. It’s too soon to notice any health benefits, but I will definitely be replenishing my stock and would recommend to a friend.
