My daughter and I both use Synbiotic daily. I thought I was becoming lactose intolerant, but after I started taking this supplement, my tummy issues went away. I began having stomach problems after I had a colonoscopy and I think Synbiotic restored my gut biome. My daughter is in college and she tries to eat healthy, but the quality of food at school isn't as good as home. Synbiotic was a game changer for her. It's a great product!

I have tried taking this daily, every 3 days, different times of day, with food, without food. I wait weeks in between a different approach. And every single time I get horrible abdominal pains and diarrhea for days after stopping use. Unfortunately I have a stock pile due to the monthly shipments. Can I return any unopened products?

Wanted to love this product as I also take the Ritual women’s multi and love it but this did not work for me at all. Tried to continue to use it for over 2 weeks and would consistently get horrible gas and stomach pain. Never experienced this with other probiotics I’ve taken as they are supposed to help instead of make things worse. Loved the 3 in 1 which is why I tried product but did not work at all unfortunately and very expensive too. Will continue the multi though.

In 2015 I had my gallbladder removed, since then I had struggled for almost 10 years with awful stomach issues and frequent diarrhea. I was diagnosed with IBS but have since been diagnosed with POTS which can cause stomach issues as well. I started synbiotic as a last ditch effort after all other probiotics failed to help me. I have never been happier. Not only did it decrease my diarrhea by almost 70%, it also has put my body on a schedule and decreased bloating and gas. Truly has changed my life. I can go out with friends and family to dinners without being nervous about having to run to the bathroom.

Not to be dramatic, but it’s true. I dealt with horrible stomach issues for a year and a half. I had all kinds of testing done with no real answer. I tried Synbiotic after my sister in law said she really liked the Ritual prenatals, and I’m so glad I did. Is it expensive? Yes - but small price to pay to give me my life back. I’ve been on it for over a year and it’s been a total game changer.

This thing gets me regular. It's very good. But you have to keep taking it to continue with a healthy gut. I can't afford it consistently but I took it for 2 months, then the third month bottle on I started using every other day or a couple times a week. Whenever I veer off my normal diet, this supplement helps my system get back in place. That's why I always keep a bottle or two handy. It's very good but too expensive to take it daily for the rest of my life. It really helped my brother and mother repair their gut and they had serious health problems. This kick-started their gut repair and now they take it daily when they don't run out.

I really like this pre, pro and post biotic. It works really well. I normally do number 2 maybe once a day to every other day. And After taking this daily I go about twice a day. The Mint flavor is super strong tho. I have to take the stick out as soon as I open the bottle. I think they should do the orange in this instead of the mint. It makes my throat cold after taking it. Other than that, it's amazing. I have been using this for the past 3 months.

I too was having bloat, true high up stomach pain for about 6 onths. I haS been very regular/clock work for all my 54 years before the 6 months. Dr. told me to 'just take M*****x" that made me go but didn't help with the bloat and stomach pain. I tried these and I swear within a WEEK I was feeling great and regular again. NO MORE BLOAT OR STOMACH ACH. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

Taking the symbiotic plus has been the best probiotic combo supplement that I have ever taken. I have been taking it since February of this year and I have always had got issues and other issues and I have a lot of chronic illnesses and it has significantly helped my G.I. issues as well as improve my immune system significantly and I don’t get sick as much which is amazing because who likes getting sick it sucks. I would hands-down recommend this symbiotic plus supplement to anyone and everyone who I know who is struggling with gut issues or just struggling with issues in general and looking for a great pre-pro and post biotic supplement. Because it is a delayed release capsule and because it has a peppermint taste, it doesn’t make me nauseous or have an upset stomach, which is something I struggle with with some of my G.I. issues And I love it because of that but also because of how amazing it has been for my gut and my immune system. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this to anyone that is looking for something like this.

The price of these was a deterent so I cancelled because I wasn't sure it was "working". I have endometrosis and scar tissue on my bowel. I have struggled with GI issues and this helped with that, but not noticeably enough. Or so I thought, until i stopped taking this. WOW what a difference. Now I am back on the vitamins and feeling so much better. They are pricey but so helpful especially with my endo and pain during my cycle. Thank you, Ritual!

I've been consistent with my Ritual regimen for about 3 months now. The product is amazing and I'm feeling great! My only gripe is that the mailer that the products are shipped in makes a MASSIVE mess. As soon as you open the package - paper shreds are all over the place & residue is all over the bottles, it's a complete nightmare. As someone with a product development & design background, I hope that Ritual will reconsider this packaging choice, as it makes the user experience a headache! It should be an exciting unboxing moment, not a nightmare!

I started taking the synbiotic because my ob/fertility provider recommended that I take a probiotic while trying to conceive again. I read the side effects that it can have on a person- I thought, I’d be ok with some bloating, gas..etc. but I was so wrong. I took this and had the worst stomach pains and diarrhea. It was so bad that I thought, it was something bad I ate. I gave my stomach a break from all vitamins for a day. When I restarted this again 2 days later, I was at the store when my stomach started to churn and had to run to the bathroom. This synbiotic is too hard on my stomach. There is no way I can take this for 2 weeks and hope for an adjustment phase. I’m not even going to bother trying to return it. I’ll probably just toss it.

Please consider making more essence flavors or no essence. The mint makes my throat feel on fire for hours almost like heartburn. So much so, I will not reorder because I dread taking them. Although, my gut is happier.
