Ritual Sleep Dietary Supplements Capsule - 20ct

I've been suffering from chronic migraines for year, in 2023 they seemed to increase in frequency, intensity, and length. I have a prescription for Imitrex, but even that would just knock it down and turn it into a normal headache that lasted 3-4 days. My doctor didn't have any solution, so I started reading on my own and came across a Johns Hopkins study that linked migraines to poor sleep. Poor sleep reduces the amount of serotonin your body releases, a deficiency in serotonin can cause migraines, and they found melatonin supplements helped people in many cases. I figured, what do I have to lose. I go to bed at 10 and wake up at 6, I get my 8 hours, but I'll try melatonin. A google later and Ritual came up rated as one of the best melatonins on the market. It arrived in October of 2023, I started taking it every night. I haven't had a migraine or regular headache since. I'm dreaming again. I've concluded without the melatonin, I wasn't actually dropping into REM sleep. Because I wasn't actually sleeping properly, there was a lack of serotonin and therefore MIGRAINES. The one downside is, you need to take the melatonin about 2 hours before bed, otherwise you can wake up a bit groggy. I'll take the groggy over the migraines! Hope this helps you too. I've never had great experience with melatonin in the past. I would have very vivid dreams, and would wake up feeling exhausted, but not with these. After one night I woke up feeling refreshed and had more energy, even nights where my pets woke me up multiple times I still woke up feeling rested and in a great mood. I definitely think it's worth giving a try.

I’ve struggled to fall asleep for over a decade now, but I’ve especially struggled to stay asleep. Even taking regular melatonin supplements, I’ve struggled. This product helps me get relaxed enough to fall asleep, but it also helps me stay asleep and wake up feeling refreshed, not groggy. I do wish it was a 30 day supply like the multivitamins are, but that would be my only complaint!

For the price, I would expect at least a full month’s worth of product.
